Like it or not, you have to change the res asap, and you have to get all that stuff out of there! shop vac it all. Put hand over shop vac end in bucket and spread fingers slightly. It will allow u to get all of it and then you just close fingers to keep suction ligt up, hold up, and take fingers off to drain hose.
Then just as wisher said. Just your basic nutes and ph. Put as much air as you can in that bucket for next 5 days... But i wisher is right, your yield will be severely diminished and over all quality will be severely diminished... There is no rescue time in flower... every day counts and this a whole week to 10 days prob by the time we get it turned around... just be honest with you brother...

yeah not throwing in the towel

but in pure hydro
when you see something like that

usually death is pretty instant

it isnt like soil where you can recover
when you see that in hydro
she is like having her last rights read

that is the one downfall to hydro
there is absolutely no buffer

either your plant is thriving
or it is dead....no inbetween

if you can recover her you are the "Magic Man"
but you got to get her stimulated enough to want to uptake again

the reason why she is soft and flimsy is there is no flow in her

as a person
there is no blood being pumped

in coco when I see that the media is completely dry
you just water and within the hour
she will be back up and running

in soil either someone has drowned her and you have to let her dry out or the opposite you have give her water

but neither in your case

You have officially learned that when you top you leave ".5-".75 of the stem above the nodes. That piece will stretch and expand to accomodate the swelling stem. And it keeps it from splitting.

I left ".5 of stem above each topping.

And in this picture you can see that at all the topping points that little nub has been stretched and expanded to accommodate the increasing diameter stems.

Here is the picture without any drawing showing those points

You can see in the center by how it stretched out. If I didn't have the extra nub it may have split too.

This is a little secret learned over lots of topping and training experience

Just to make you feel better I burnt up a plant at about the same week by vacation. It hardly ever drank or hate correctly again. I did get 200 grams off of mine and of course i followed that by wet trimming and fit her reducing smell and taste. It fetched $125 oz on the New York Stock Exchange pricing cannabis memorandum... so don't fall apart...
Oh and to make you feel even better I followed that grow up with herms...
