@incogneato might herm his bean from tying the fan leaves down. Then he will be out the game early  Still too soon? He's never gonna live that one down with the fan leaves being tied down. It's the claim to fame. I love it! I think we should...

Still too soon?

I think we should all grow the same feminized bean strain

In our different environments, media, lighting, flowering times etc.

And compare our outcomes with one another.

It would be an interesting experiment.

Omg,, I get like migraines every once in awhile when ive been working with my arms above my head and i guess i inflame my discs and the nerves that come thru my neck... lord it wears on me! Most ppl see the sudo-strong healthy specimen standing in front of them, and would have no clue just how jacked up my body is, mainly my central nervous system that can spaz my muscles out and and reduce me to nothing.... anyway...
So a contest huh????
oh i gonna fuck you guys up! So the race is the first one to get root rot right? Cause i got my game on...lololol
Good Morning Brothers!
Lets make it interesting,, cause i want to see if you guys can get out your comfort zone.. so we all flip techniques.. I go soil, rmol goes hydro, and wish goes aquaponics with fish! Me and @mandalaman will team, @rmoltis and @incogneato will team, and @Wisher619 and @justiceman will team. take everybody out their comfort zone... by the time its over we will all come to appreciate what the other has invested in their education... I say this as a joke of course because we cant afford to change setups, but if anything would teach us, this by far would... Plus humility and respect for the others...
Wow this would be insanely informative and cool!

Hahaha man aquaponics....... Damn it I have looked into it before but that's about it lol. Seems like it would be crazy hard, but super fun if it worked! Then me and Wish could be harvesting fish as well as flowers. Jokes on you guys we get more spoils of war lol.

Way too much booze yesterday. Trimmed for about five hours at a friends.

Here's some pic dumps.

If mar 14 was day 49 that is 7 weeks. So now it is day 67 if I'm not mistaken. That would be 9 weeks and 4 days. She's right around the sweet spot IMO. I usually pull them around week 9-10 unless they have heavy sativa genes which I have not really messed around with much yet.

Looking good now that I see the trichomes.

Your at a good point close to 10 weeks.

I see the amber. what would you say your overall percentage of amber is%

And are those shots from the uppers?
How do the lowers look?

You will have to weigh the amount of clear trichomes remaining overall.
Vs the ambers trichomes and rate of progression.

This is why people like a few amber but not a huge %. In an ideal world I'd harvest at %100 milky. But in the real world i try for %10-%15. Maybe a max of %20.

So. I just asked my son to describe the smell.

"Mango Apple Tennis Ball mixed with Gasoline"

Not bad. I'll take it. @rmoltis probably 10-15% amber (which is decaying THC right?).

Will try to get pics shortly. :D

amber isnt decaying thc
thc is turning to CBN
so there is a synergy between CBD/CBN/THC
they all regulate each other
degradation would be when the trichome head falls over and then bursts
if you like a mix
I would suggest letting your plant go about 4-5 more days with no water
the tops will get more amber and the lowers will get more milky
and then you seperate between racy high (lowers)
a good mix (mid flowers)
and a proper stone (top buds)

Lol. Ok already pulled everything out of tent. Would rather harvest now. Need the money.

THCa->THC->CBN is how I understood the natural decay/progression of THC... is this incorrect?

But if you think it'll help substantially I'd put in an empty bucket back under the lights. Everyone I know for the most part prefers a racier up high so I think I'll be good ... would it add weight or just change the ratio of THC/CBN?
