could you use the HLG 240 @ 700ma to power 5 cxb 3590's @ 72v
178-357 volts
5x72=360
357/5=71.4

Yes but those COBs won't see the full 700mA. Check the datasheet of both LED and driver to see where the current and voltage curves cross.

Thanks for the tutorial, but they`re still expensive, even to build one. Have used LED`s for 7 or 8 grows and do luv `em.

Vero's are ok but Cree are more efficient and you'll end up buying CXB3590 anyway so just spend the $46.50 from Kingbrite you won't regret it

What's your humidity kept at when your flowering? Thinking about installing a flood table but figuring out logistics

You have been both an inspiration and a fantastic resource in this process. I can't wait to leave the HID world behind me.

I'm waiting until I get my parts to make a 600w lights using 2 Meanwell HLG-320H drivers 12 CXB3590 high CRI COBs(3200k Studio CXA/2 93CRI, CXB 5000k 90CRI and 3000k 90CRI)
