Sorry guys I actually missed a week so this is week 10 now and looks great still, today I began the flushing process so by this time next week I’ll hopefully start chopping and get to sample the taste of these beauties. The leaves turning dark purple look cool they look different depending on the angle you look at them kinda two tone effect

Nicely done. Did you have any issues with the recirculating system? I thought about it with mine, but I’m too worried about spreading something bad to all the plants. I know that’s possible, but I’m curious about if people using recirculating systems actually run into those problems very often.

Hi Enforcer, the only real issue was maintaining the ph of the solution. I found I needed to lower the ph through veg period and toward the end I needed to up the ph just little tweeks here and there so I just made my solution a little higher or lower when I topped up or with the occasional few drops mixed with water to adjust strait into the reservoir.

Didn’t see any diseases or pollution or build up of any kind but I use carbon filtered water from the tap I fitted this myself it’s still new and lots and lots of air flow in the grow space, my main issue was space it was getting crowded in there lol

My opinion is this method works well it’s been successful for me many times now I think i’ll Do another one soon this way and continue this thread with updates

Thanks for the reply. I’m doing a similar set up, but DTW. It’s working fine now, but I wonder how many times I’ll be filling the res during flower. I’m always looking for options. Happy harvest !!

These where hungry plants I was topping up around 50l per week at their peak growth for 9 plants I use a 25l drum to mix my solution

That's what pool shock is for. I run sterile DWC using it but I've seen some really nice RDWC out there that used it as well with no problems.

Also, as long as you're keeping your water temps down and ph levels right and the light out of it you shouldn't have many problems. Then again I don't even worry about temps or light leaks and have no problems growing sterile. To each their own.
