It'd level the field a bit with PharmaCorp
Right now:
Marijuana (the plant) : Schedule 1
Marinol (licensed synthetic TCH) : Schedule 3
Sativex (Dronanbinol: licensed synthetic Cannabinoids) : Schedule 3
The only drug I know of that the distillate is scheduled higher than the precursor.
