As new HB1004, it involves HB1358 ($7.7 Million MMJ Registry Diversion) & as new HB1005 (SB117(DUI-D Marijuana) have been introduced and assigned to State, Veterans, & Military Affairs and are to be heard today at 3:30 pm in the Old Supreme Court Chambers. Public Testimony is encouraged and will be allowed.

The sad thing is that our industry groups: MMIG, CBA, Act4Colorado, etc support a THC DUID bill. MMIG even supports the theft from the patient fund, which will fast track the ILLEGAL patient database to be used by police!
