What exactly do you have in the cloner (nutes)
I use clonex, hormex and aquashield until theres little roots then I dump it and refill with clonex, rapid start and aquashield and I the roots are huge at 14 days. I have some frostys in the cloner right now on like day 10 and the roots are killing it
Try my mix to a T and you will succeed with huge roots fast every time

From the start I've only used clone and ro water and cloned. Where is the hormex from? I think my t5 was to strong, which is weird because the bs x ogk were put in the same day and flourishing
