Chem Og throwing some huge high fives

Week four complete for the three original plants. The order for my light got screwed up on eBay. Still waiting to give what these plants need for light, but some stacking action is occurring on the Chem-og.

Some cured up white widow with a few flecks of bug bran from the Californicus release.

Week 5 complete. Broad mites are back. I’ve decided to fight them this time instead of immediately conceding defeat. I only scoped them on one plant in veg. Using table top microscope. You could never see them with the usb scope. Anyway I ordered some goods. Administered first dose of prf-97 on Thursday am. Have grandevo and oroboost on the way. Gonna keep on trucking. Site is not letting me upload photos right now.

Trying again.

Veg
Have not actually been able to find broads on these plants but they stopped growing a couple weeks ago. Leaves started to twist on a couple. They had PFR-97 Thursday and Monday. .2 oz/gal with oroboost wetting agent.

Hey Ina, yes that one seemed to show male in veg. It was culled. Not even sure what it was as it came in a freebie pack from seeds here now and exotic genetics.

Learned that the dimmer I used on my cob light was not letting the light come all the way up. I’m back on track with lighting. I replaced blurple with a 300 watt cob light. Still using the red ufo. Plus the 4 cxb cobs. A 100w quantum board went in the veg tent. I’ve always veged under fluorescents in the past. Flower room responded immediately to getting proper light.
3rd app of pfr-97 this am. Grandevo should start Monday.
Definitely struggling on this grow.

6 weeks complete for the three plants I started in the big pot flower room.
Lighting is now squared away. I love the sleek quantum board. Not an HGL but Samsung panel, meanwell driver from China distributer. I’m using 4x4 veg tent like a 2x4 so I hope this light can cover me for veg
For flower I relaxed the blurple with a Chinese 6 cob light. It’s bright and was extremely inexpensive so I figured I would give it a test.

Macro photo of the male plant that I culled out. Is it normal for these to show before flower? Is this a broad mite side effect?

4th dose of PFR-97 and oroboost this am. Grandevo arrives tonight. I’ll give that Thursday and maybe Monday and then start alternating. Not spraying the buds on the 3 originals but meticulously hitting the leaves and stems (using a 2” paint brush for some of it) I’m not scoping mites anywhere, but have scoped what I think might be dead bodies with the fungus on them. The only plant that I saw actuall bugs on was culled. I have not scoped any of their eggs which were quite a bit easier to see. Also spraying pots and soil. All Right before lights out (I’m 20/4 in veg). Let the fungus set up, then, at lights on, I have extra fans circulating and exhausting to keep the moisture at bay. The plant that I did see bugs on had a cucumeris satchet hanging from one of its branches. the sachet was 3 weeks old and I never saw the predator bugs despite the fact that I supposedly released 10000 into the grow in this sachet form.
Disappointing really.

Week 7 complete some new genetics which I couldn’t pass up. Everything new and old got grandevo and oroboost this am except plants with 7 week flowers which I did not touch. New stuff it Tropicana cookies and afghan peach. I will try to find out more about them. They scoped clean. Got the spray anyway.

One of the peach afghan clones I received went right in the big bag. A little glomus interacedes in the hole. Now in the bag I have Chem Og, white widow, and chocolate chunk all in week 8. A mystery seed from exotic genetics in week 6. A Chem Og in week 5. And the afghan peach. Lights are on point after technical difficulties and the buds have started to really stack. The smell is starting to come out and the frost is building. So many trichs on the Chem Og. Looking like fire despite the setbacks and problems

Flowers. Trichs.

Week 8 done for the first plants in. The Chem-Og is frosty and smells dank. So does the Chocolate Chunk. The white widow, my old standby has done little. Presumably stunted by broad mites. The mystery seed from exotic genetics is also tiny, but it has put out some frost.
Veg is thrashed by bug spray. 3 weeks in to Monday/Thursday regimen. New growth is starting to straighten out. Repotted the new genetics
It’s been a struggle of a grow for sure but the frosty buds will be hard won reward.
