room design/ suggestions?

Started building an insulated sub floor for utility room and closet. building up another 2x4 insulated wall on the exterior side of both rooms. added sq-ft r-30 insulation to attic. purchased 1ton mini split ac. Shipped chiller of to repair company to see if its any good. Next step buy new commercial chiller at least 12K BTU.

getting burnt out work real job 60hrs/wk then trying to fix room. just finished utility room framing and drywall. tape and float. build shelves. move everything in this room then do the same to the flower room.

chiller compressor went out. repair place is replacing thank god it was under warranty..

slowly getting back up soon. maybe 2more wks. chillers gotta get shipped back.
