smart pots are fabric pots that allow roots to air prune, no circling, supposed larger root mass, reusable and a 5 gallon is shorter but wider than a 5 gal bucket. My first go around with them, but from what I have seen and read they live up to their claims

Hmmm thank you. Like I figuered out that it was you screen name:)lol. Soo that first half of that list sounds like a no no but it's got the alfalfa etc. The amounts don't seem worth it. ? I'm still in two minds to use it or not!

I suggest using it at 1ml/gal if you're concerned about the salts -- buy the 150ml and use it as a drench on an experimental plant or two. Just a heads up: the stuff is pretty acidic and will drop your pH.

I think you will be pleased with the simplicity of the product. I am.

They are containers that are like a very tight mesh. This allows the root to grow more instead of cirrclualate. It also gets roots more O2 as they stick out of the container and are able to absorb more oxegyn. They are reusable and great!

So more O2 and no root circulation, which essentially is the end of the roots altogether. So the roots sticking out let's them grow a little more and get that much more O2 to more rooting so better helix and plant

That's right. Roth great white, rootsX from house and garden, you will get killer roots. Coco would create the best roots as they a have to work a harder to get around and through all the coco coir. That makes the roots stronger I even still
