I use the grow and bloom but if buy only one get the bloom. It contains bacillus amyloliquefaciens which prevents root rot extremely well and been used in big AG for a long time for that reason.

I'm ordering 2lb bags of grow and bloom right away im not knocking anything but any time I order threw Amazon it's a certain price and I just track down the the company and I always can get it cheaper sometimes like a $100 cheaper
