Multi Zen Flower weeks 1-4
Bud XL Flower weeks 5-10

Other supplements
Vermi Tea Veg-Flower organics
Molasses Flower weeks 7-9

I may be be adding

So we're off and running and things are looking better. Plants look much healthier this time and will hopefully progress as we go along.

Farmers welcome back and thank you for all your help last round and any you give for this round.

I'm glad you could be here. Socachi

Winta you got a front row seat and lets see if we can blow these bitches up. Some nice big fat dense colas.

Nice start Socachi! Gonna be nice to seal that room... :cool

Yeah Shady look forward to having it sealed, not looking forward to the work. That attic is small and I'm gonna need to install an exhaust fan or 2 up there to make certain it doesn't get too hot so I can keep those lights cool.

But once sealed and I add some co2... but of course I need cash to get that.

Is the VermiT you use the kind where you use a brewing kit or is it some sort of pre-bottled mix?

Hey Capo thanks for joining the party. :party0023: Yeah the Vermi T is from www.vermicrop.com you can either get it pre brewed around $12-$13 per half gal or brew it yourself. It comes in 5 and 10 gal bricks which you can cut up to make smaller amounts.

No need to buy their expensive brewer, take a 5 gal bucket a net pot top, 250 gph pump run a hose to the top to splash on the brick. Brew for 24 hrs and viola you got tea. You need to keep it in the frig or it'll go bad, it last about 10-14 days. I go thru a gal about every 2 weeks.

Time to post some feedings that have been done.

5/3/10 Week 1: A&B 6.5 of each, DC .4, RE 1.1, MZ 3.8, HZ 8, FP 1, ph 5.85, ppm 672

5/7/10 Week 1: A&B 6.5, DC .4, RE 1.1, MZ 3.8, CM 5, FP 1, VT 75, ph 5.8, ppm 1032

On the DC I think I may have given the 4 instead of .4 oops... I took out the HZ it's not needed and added CM.

5/10/10 Week 2: A&B 9, DC .4, RE 1.1, MZ 3.8, CM 5, FP 1, VT 75, ph 5.8, ppm 1070.

I bumped up the A&B week 2 calls for 7.5 or 10 if aggressive, they looked like they were wanting more so they got more. The ladies were thirstier, last week I fed with 4 gals and got about 1 gal runoff, this time I used 6 gal and got about a 1 gal runoff.

SG&FOG Week 5: PBPB 22, HZ 8, DN 5, PS 2.5, HP 1, FP 1, ST 1 D, CM 5, VT 75, MO 5, ph 5.85, ppm 1558

MOMS: PBPG 22, ST 1D, HZ 9, FP 1, PS 2.5, CM 5, MO 5, ph 5.85, ppm 1442

Trimmed the girls bottoms to open it up down there for better ventilation, increase the energy to the upper canopy and more vertical growth.

After Trimming

Canopy Shot
IMG_9585.JPG

I rearranged the plants so the dark area in the center is where the shorties are

This time I trimmed more than I had in the past to see if it adds more energy to the upper canopy which I believe it will from the different things I've read. At times I wonder if I'm taking too much, not enough; trying to find that happy medium.

Did a watering today
Week 2: RO ph 5.8, ppm 18

I also trimmed some upper fan leaves in hopes of getting better light penetration to the lower future buds. I usually haven't done this till week 8 but thought it might help. Any thoughts?

Had taken 40 clones of the OG 1&3 but while doing it I discovered some PM on one of the moms. So I sprayed all the clones down put em i the dome under a light with a heating pad and waited 5 days. Well the heating pad was on too long one day and fried many of the babies so I dumped em all. :doh Note to self buy thermostat for heating pad.

Now I'm thinking of taking the 30 in flower on one tray and separating them over the two trays. I figure this way I can get the room sealed and start running two tables on the same schedule. I think it will also give better light penetration if they're not packed so tight. We'll see what happens. :icon_spin:

Feeding time for the ladies in flower. It's week 3 and going by the H&G chart A&B gets bumped up till week 7 after that A&B get backed off. I've been going closer toward the aggressive strength feeding chart, the girls seem to be handeling it pretty good so far.

Week 3: A&B 11, DC .4, RE 1.1, MZ 3.8, MO 5, VT 75, ph 5.8, ppm 1093. After talking with the rep for H&G I cut out the CM & FP. He says I shouldn't need either. We'll see. :mmm Got a little space cowboy going on.

Week 5 SG: PBPB 22,, HZ 8, DN 5, PS 1.25, FP 1, MO 5, AB 2. I forgot to ph the SG so it was really low ph 3.85, ppm 1385. Shouldn't hurt em just the one time. They didn't get any VT I ran out.

Week 5 ROG PBPB 22,, HZ 8, DN 5, PS 1.25, FP 1, MO 2 I ran out of this too, ST 1d, CM 5, ph 5.85, ppm 1529

Need to get to the store and pick up some molasses and I'm thinking of getting a 5 gal brick of Vermi Tea and brew it myself. Getting tired of going to the hydro store every week. I always get some good info while I'm there but it's a drive.

Aside from the nute burn the auto flowering ROG has some nice cola's in the making and the SG isn't doing to scabby either. I find it odd how the ROG has put out so many single leaf fan leaves. :mmm

Damn gotta stick around for this one. That ROG is looking quite chunky for an autoflower! I have heard they usually don't yield as much as normal ones but I'd say the ROG will be a nice chunk for sure.

I am also liking that SG. haha it's funny that you have to put of those tomato stakes to hold the plant up.

how many watts are you working with anyway?

Justiceman yeah the ROG was 1st intended to be a mom as was the SG but she went an auto flowered on me so off she went. The SG I didn't realize she was an 8 week plant till later on.

So off they both went to flower. They'd been in veg about 3 mos that's why they're so big and they're a carry over from round 1.

I'm currently running 1200W wanting to up it but need to get some wiring done. Drop a new sub panel. Those tomato cages aren't only for tomatoes

I'm diggin' the before and after trim shots! Nice one Socachi... :cool

Glad you liked that Shady, trying to keep this journal as accurate as possible with what I do.

Been a little busy lately working on sealing the room put up a 4x4 tent for the moms and veg and tore down the one diy mom veg room. Right now the moms are in the garage.

Here's a shot of the old mom/veg/clone area.
IMG_8703.JPG

All torn down this is the back of flower
IMG_9614.JPG

All the old poly will be trashed in case there's any PM lingering on.
IMG_9615.JPG

This will be the new mom/veg/clone room a SunHut XL 4x4

IMG_9610.JPG

Here she is put together, man that was an MF to do by myself. When the directions say 2 ppl they mean it. :whew
IMG_9613.JPG

Picked up a hepa filter and gave the tent the Vegas treatment, if anything happens in here it stays in here.
IMG_9618.JPG
IMG_9620.JPG

After I got the tent all up I discovered pin size holes along the left upper seam. So I called the company and they said I have a defect. SO I get top do this all over again. :swear :angry

I still have more work to do. Put up foam panels around the room for insulation, cut an intake to vent the lights, cut an exhaust for the ac, take down and put up another tent. Need duct mufflers, another fan, co2, a hepa filter for the lights, larger tarp, maybe put up the light mover, the list goes on...

How is a fan mounted in a tent?

OK fellow farmers I need your assistance. How can I securely mount a 6" exhaust fan inside my tent. The key word being securely. Currently it moves too much when I touch it.

Here's a current pic
