thanks for posting an entertaining a well thought out journal :)

thanx 4 da info mp. just got the 1hp jbj. got 15 days to return it for the 1-1/2hp if i needed to. so yeah i'm gonna use your set-up as my guide and with past experience running a sealed room w/ a 3 ton mini split i should be okay. thanx again bro for helping me and fellow farmers with your info & experience.

Lots of good info Mystre.Pharmer! Thx for the details... I'm gonna need to upgrade eventually to a 1kW in my bedroom and still run my 600W in the bathroom. I've been struggling on ideas for the chiller location since the 1kW will heat up the Under Current 6 and the UC will need to be chilled. I saw that Hydro Innovations makes a cooling coil for the res, but I'm really not sure I can have a huge chiller just outside the bedroom or somehow fit it through a 28" x 28" fixed pane window opening... Should I just go with a 1/10 hp chiller, get a window ac, and ditch my watercooled dreams? :icon_dizzy:

hey, sorry for the late response. tuff choices, really tho everything would be adaptable to almost any situation. they make chillers that fit in windows too, the chillkings i think, but they are pricey. I love my water cooling setup but everyone's situation is different. there are always endless options ;)

Congrats on your harvest MP! Looks tasty!

thanks bud! they are tasty ;)

glad i could help :) I've gotten so much info over the years from online sorces and journals i thought i would post mine so even if people could read what not to do it'd be a learning experience lol, but it turned out ok :) good luck with your system :) hope to see a journal from ya :)

here they are curing in 1/2gallon jars:

I ended up with just about 1.25LBS from my 16 plants. so I'm happy with that. that is the dried and curing weight and a pretty good trim and no extra stems. I still have some and plan on curing it for a month :)

P.S. those 1/2 gallon jars hold a qp perfectly ;) just thought I'd add that tidbit.

Here is a group shot, I have plants at Day 58ish, 47, 31, 20 and day 6 kinda random but I just wanted to keep the room full than have it perfect ;)

these are the plants about to come down :)

here are the newest additions after the original 16 plants came out or the room. I hot glued the stakes to the posts for these and one other post too. I had to re-tape the original 16's bamboo supports everyday because they were so heavy and kept falling down. hot gluing them definitely will fix the support problem.

Congrats on the harvest MP! it looks tasty bro, and glad you got what you expected. the room looks cool with all different stages of growth. whens the next harvest? have you started flushing the soon to come down batch yet? how long do you flush for? sorry for the bunch of questions.

they look so sparkly that in between all those orange hairs the bud looks incredibly sparkly. thanks for posting such large pics :passingjoint:

like the perpetual, looks like lots of harvests are in your future :nerd

Yes you have!

Please update when you can, I enjoy watching your garden grow.

Mystre

Quick question for ya. How far between the top of your plant to the hood are you running?

hey everyone! :)

been really busy here. I've harvested twice without posting about it. sorry guys i think i might have some pictures on the camera but its in a box somewhere. all harvests actually where spot on if not an oz over to my guesses ;) so I've been meeting my goals and harvests are lovely :). I sold my house and am moving so am very busy to say the least. but Ill be back with a journal in a month-ish :) it'd be a perpetual room journal :)

the place i just bought has an area in the basement that is actually going to be the same size as my last lol. so things just need to be built and installed no experimenting with different size stuff or more/less cooling needs. so i'll be able to set up the exact same circumstances/environment for my ladies :)

CelticEBE thax for stopping by bud! :) um the closest some plants are is 8" and 12" is considered to be my far in the garden. im lucky with cooling abilities tho :)

thanks for stopping by ya'll!!

Happy Pharming!
