Second attempt with Massive - now with less PK

Looking good man! The plants love the light especially in the flower stage. Keep up the great work, bud sites look great for the end of the three week mark, great job defoliating!

Really liking the massive this run. Also thanks to Nick’s guidance was able to better understand how to use Purpinator.

Would definitely do again. Won’t let them veg as long next time. Stretch was INTENSE.

So been a few days since the last update.

The ladies have been moved to their permanent homes. They're being top watered every other day right now. System won't be on for a couple of weeks.

First picture is the Etho's Cookies R2 and a lone IHG Jelly Breath in the lower right corner. They're recovering as well as they can from the great hair cut :(

Second picture is the IHG Jelly Breaths. They've recovered very well and are growing a couple inches a day now.

Finally the clone tent. Everyone has adjusted well except the Gorilla Breath. She just looks miserable. Her leaves look beat to crap. We accidently watered at a Ph of 5.0. Don't ask why. It's even written in the notes that the water Ph'ed at 5.0. Giant brain fart. Assuming that's not helping her at all either. Outside of that she just appears over watered. Which seems odd since it's 50/50 perlite/coco. But it seems a longer dry back period is needed. Not looking good for an AP run :/

Perlite at 50/50 will hold moisture longer @ that ratio is my theory. SS

Yeah it's the Massive bloom 1-2-3. Used it at 10ml/g for the first 11 days. We were aiming to have it the first 14 but honestly the stretch was getting pretty wild, particularly in the clone tent.

Terps are starting to make themselves known. The Grape Gas is smelling amazing.

The clone tent with the Grape Gas and Slurricane is also insane.

The Slurri is stacking well, she's going to have some yield to her.

The Lemon Cherry Gelato and the Etho's cookies are looking to be the weakest of the bunch.

The lone IHG Jelly Breath stands at least a foot over the rest. Part of growing a lot of different strains.

Dropped and maxed the light in the Grape Gas Tent. Pushing 1000+ PPFD in most spots. Rest of the tents are sitting at 900~

Temp: 84F
RH: 55%
PPFD: ~950ish
PPM:1600
Ph: 5.6

Here's a break down of what we are using.

Purpling depends. See it in tiger stripes like on the Slurricane, pretty sure that's genetic, others it looks like a sun tan, and some it's probably from stress.

Grape gas tent smells like grape candy. It's so potent. Almost 4 weeks in and she's LOUD.

Tent as a whole is looking amazing. They're taking the extra PPFD well...it seems. Still going to keep an eye on them, they are a bit lighter yellow than preferred, but they aren't shying away from the light. Tomorrow marks the start of week 4, will be adding a 30W UVB LED Bar. The clone tents had it on since the start of week 3.

The Jelly Breaths are starting to put on some weight. They have a very interesting peppery/fuel smell to them.

Lemon Cherry Gelato is finally starting to put on some bulk and resin. She's got plenty of sites on her, but just lagging behind in development.

The lone Jelly Breath is towering above them, she's taller than the wife even.

The clone tent is dominated by the Slurricane in the middle. She's a known performer and doesn't disappoint.

The Banna Splitz is finally starting to do her thing. She usually packs on the frost. Just sad she fell behind during the early flower :(

The Etho's Mac N' Jack seedlings are doing extremely well. Transplanted them into 1G pots and they exploded with growth.

Took some more clones to replace moms, and a few for my buddies next run.

Uhhh lets start with the next grow that's vegging lol. Etho's Mac N' Jack are looking good. They're surrounded by cuts from this current grow. The cut that's really tall is from the Jelly Breath we like the most. It was a strong cut and it rooted fast and well. She's really growing, considering she's the same age as all the small ones (3 weeks). Just hit them with the Stacked and Mr.Fulvic spray. Had to add a heater, it was just too cold. Now that it's sitting at ~80F they're all much much happier.

Banana Splitz in the clone tent isn't getting enough light to really start packing on the weight. She's only getting around 400 PPFD :( Side effects of growing multiple stainz.

Slurricane is straight killing it. She's starting to put out a little bit of purple.

Lone Gorilla Breath Cola. Got a lot of frost, and decent golf ball nugs on her. Would run again in better conditions.

Lemon Cherry Gelato in the clone tent lagging behind in bud development.

Etho's Cookies R2. All three of them were stunted early on and never really recovered. The best looking one is turning purple. Someone that knows more can probably tell us why.

The Lone Jelly Breath is stacking very well. Sadly she threw a couple of balls. Unsure if we are going to keep her even if she performs well.

The Big Lemon Cherry Gelato is really kinda bleh compared to everything else. Buds are as of now, small and light on resin. Granted we are only at the start of week four.

So the rest of the Jelly Breaths, they're all looking really good. Sadly two we have already tossed the clones of due to herming.

Grape Gas is absolutely killing it in our opinion. The terps are fire, the resin production is there and the buds are stacking extremely well.

Grape Gas tent now has the UV bar on.

Upped the purpinator to 12.5ml/g for more PK. Resulted in ~20PPM increase.

Things are chugging along. The Grape Gas/Jelly Breath Tent smells like blueberry soda.

Grape Gas getting frosty.

Jelly Breath that hermed hard hasn't thrown any more balls since. She's getting pretty fat.

Short fatty in the back.

LCG tent looking about the same. Jelly Breath Packing on weight. Even the two bigger Etho's cookies are finally doing well...Sheesh.

LCG

Jelly Breath

Slurricane tent is starting to get all floppy woppy.
Slurricane:

The other LCG main top:

PPFD in all the tents is over 1K now. You can tell in a few photo's those girls tops are getting light. Keeping the pedal down for now.

in my opinion you let them get way too lanky to begin with your nodes were like a foot apart if you want big buds you have to change your plan but they do look healthy and happy next time keep them shorter in veg and you will get a few pounds

Giberellin in Massive does that. I used to use a negative temp differential when using it to combat that, but they still get leggy.

I still say he is pushing the food way too hard. Has hard looking thin purple stems and burnt tips on pale green leaves that are showing signs of Potassium deficiency. Within a couple weeks I'd expect the leaf edges will start going pale.

Likely are. The jelly breath's seem to be handling the PPM's fine. The Grape Gas has burnt tips and pale edges already. The sluricane usually has purple stems to which ever side is getting the light. It's always done that in every grow we've had of it, but maybe it's because we've been screwing with it every run?

The LMC seems indifferent, except her main cola in the one tent. The Etho's cookies are all fucked, they could not handle the high PPM's. Banana Splitz is handling it fine now, she had a rough time at transition.

This is what we are running right now. The only thing that's not on here that we run is 1ml/g of Mr. Fulvic and 2ml/g of Orca. According to this it should be coming out closer to 1100PPM not the 1600 that we are rocking. The Mr.Fulvic and Orca do not change the PPM. Running 100% RO water now since we started using Potassium Silicate.

Potentially not really feeding at 1600PPM? We use an HM-200 set up. I feel like it's accurate but maybe not?

What would be a good target to be aiming for for F36?

Not familiar with the meter but is it reading on the .7 scale instead of the .5 scale? That could explain the higher than predicted reading.
Personally I'd be aiming for something closer to 1.2 to 1.3ec. Maybe 1.5 if they're dialed in. That's on a .5 scale.

Happy Easter, Passover, Ramadan or Sunday, what ever you prefer.

F37.

Slurricane was falling over. We tied some of her larger colas. Excuse the excess tie lol.

LMC tent is looking good. LMC is starting to chunk up a bit, but still way behind the rest of the ladies.

Grape Gas tent is looking solid.

So kind of followed Dirtbag's advice and dropped the PPM's to 1200. We're not really sure how accurate our PPM reader is, so we are going to pace our selves as we drop the PPM's. We made a new res yesterday. 25 Gallons @1200PPM. They're currently drinking around 7 - 7.5 gallons a day, so we're only getting about 3 days out of a res. They smashed through the first 8 gallons and seem about the same. Figure we'll run it at 1200 for a week and then possibly drop again if they all seem good.

This Massive bloom 1-2-3 is working great, injunction with Foop bloom&sweetner alternately as I research these organic supplements. SSgrower
