I would think 100X would be the minimum you would need, and I was using 1000X for identification.
I have not done any research on broad mites, but the guy who gave you the clones probably knows what's up. I treated with sulfur, smite, and
lost coast plant therapy. So far my new seedlings seem fine, but I haven't looked at them in since Saturday.
