Second Grow: Gorilla Glue 4 Photos

Figured Id get this strain outta my system. Im a little concerned about stretch but Im gonna flip them on the early side and am planting in 3 gallon bags to try to keep them medium size at best.

Setup: Mars Hydro 39 x 39 x 71" Tent. Mars FC-E4800 LED. 6 Inch exhaust fan currently vented outside with no carbon filter. Very efficient with a short 4 foot run to the window.
Nutrients: FF basic 3 way setup with Cal-Mag as an additive.
Soil: FF Happy Frog 100%
Strain: Gorilla Glue 4 Fem-Photos from ILGM.

I soaked in water and peroxide for 24 then into paper towel. 4 popped 1 is trying and they all went into solo cups under roughly 350 umols for heat at 25"

Im planning on keeping 3 maybe 4 inside and chucking one outside.

If youve grown it indoors before any thing you can add would be helpful. At this point all Im concerned about and planning ahead for is the stretch. Trying to avoid 5 foot tall plants....

several crops indoors, some currently growing. I've found a trellis to be very helpful.

3 Days: four have broken soil and are up. 3 of which I needed to do some surgery to remove stubborn seed husks or debris.. No pics youve seen noobs before.

I have a 3" and 6" trellis net on 1/2 inch pvc frames ready when needed.

3 Days: 3 up and 3/4ths an inch tall. 1 seed wont come up and one more did but the stem broke with me fiddling with the seed husk. So looks like another 3 plant run. Not bummed.

I also lowered my lamp closer to about 18" Running 330 Umols/ppfd 75 degrees 75% humidity.

1 Week: 3 Up and running. Un-Germinated seed and a broken seedling under plastic. This will probably be another 3 plant grow and thats cool by me.

Nothing to report really. 350 Umols/ppfd at 20 inches or so 18-6 Watered till runoff a few times. 75-80 degrees and same with humidity.

Might have 4 plants. When they came up through the soil as I tried to remove a stubborn seed husk the entire top of the plant snapped off so I stuck the initial leaves in the soil gently and covered it with plastic and today I have true leaves emerging! Itll be a week behind the other plants effectively but well see what happens and if I can keep it alive.

I also smoked some of my Dosi Do from my first grow after 10 days of cure and Im super impressed. I chose some small buds and I know the big fat nugs will only be better.

Good taste, smooth and a decent buzz.

Im sure it will only get better with age.

10 Days: Thats 10 days since they emerged from seed in paper towel. Second true set there. Also the broken thing trying to do something...eh.

My first grow was gg clone, indoors learned a lot. Troubles with the highth ended decent not great. Looking forward to seeing your grow

11 Days: First topping. No nutes. 390 PPFD/Umols2 at 18" or so. 75 degrees 80% Humidity

I could have waited a day or two to top. eh. Too late now.

The one in the centers growing sideways thats why it looks shorter. I figure Ill let it. Ill be tying these down sooner or later anyhow. A freebie.

Roots have been poking out the bottom of the cups for days.

I plan on transplanting to 3 gallon bags Friday when these recover from being topped.

That small thing called Mini Me was the top that broke off the stem almost the same day it emerged. It broke as I tried to remove a stubborn seed husk to free the leaves..

I knew it had a chance to grow roots and it looks like it is. IDK what Ill do with it yet but hey.

I always root for the under dog.

(I reset my days to 11 starting from soil emergence instead of soak.)

Hey, good luck with your grow. I just put 1 GG#4 under paper towel today along with a few others. I just finished 1 GG#4 and it grew pretty wild, I'd vegged her for 2+ months I didn't use a trellis or net and at 6 weeks in flower she was hanging almost upside down from the weight of her buds. I have pics here somewhere. I tied her up the best I could but she looked pretty sad at the end.....More support was needed than I gave her...lesson learned.

I also might have one in flower at 3 weeks but I lost my clones tags and I'm not sure what is what....I'll know soon they should start to distinguish themselves pretty soon and I've used a tomato cage or bamboo poles / trellis in these girls to help support them. The smoke is great, nice taste and tight buds.......

Yup! I've run this cultivar a few times. Bloom stretch is crazy but as long as branch structure is strong and you net it you can keep it under control.
