All my threads have been removed so IDK how long this thread will last. I'll be posting lots of pics and trying not to type to much and removed Trademarks to see if this will help thread life but I dont think thats the problem, but well see.

Lab kits, are mostly Online courses so most of this arrives in the mail.

I include a antibacterial soap for felt washing, not included with standard school kits.

JrH student level course study. I quickly force students into scientist by our definitions.
Students will start building their lab tools toward the end of the 1st semester of
Mendelian course study. Day 12 we build Lino Pollination Applicators. The end of the 1st
semester in this course will start the build on their light box . Students get their 1st taste of
grow robotics for the start of their linoTron Lab during this class.

These labs are dependent on course level. All the labs listed in the manual can be
performed with this kit.
Herbicide/pollutants/soil-air mediation is higher level and I'm leaving that out for this.

Ideal environment parameters for cannabis and 35 Day Wonder Plants

35 Day Wonders Plants throw dirt blasting up. I look at the worlds smallest hydro unit
at 30 hours and there was no sign of germination. This photo was taken at 35 hours.
The kits do not come with any seed labels. Students always ask shortly after kits arrive
What are the species and strains of my seeds. My reply as usual; You're class objective
is not only to identify species and strains of your seeds students we will also teach me
how to find Dom and Rec trait in their seeds and they phenotype mark and breed them
in this class.
Students get a feel for the LinoTron databases of over 900,000 plants and they quickly
learn to utilize the power of seed photos in the database to instantly start plants ID
by looking at 100's of seeds pics, they narrow in on plant identification through seed
identification. Through phenotype breeding we find Dom and Rec traits.
They breeding of Lino's 35 Day Wonders Plants give students a clear understanding,
especially cannabis breeders who are not familular with true landraces like 35 Day
Wonders Plants that have traits marked already to verify your work.

Day 4,
the little 4 leafers are delicious and pack with nutes and make a salad in 7 days with handful of seed.

Student post pics and post educated guesses at the seed species and strain if they got
scientific evidence. I know mine are East Coast Diesel x Tahoe F1 because they were
the only seeds that were tiger striped seeds in our seed packs , but students dont know
this yet.

2 of the students are cannabis growers and they're setting up a LinoTron light box lab
Device to determine many things about lighting. For now we start with effects on
germination/embryo spectrum/dormancy exploited in propagation labs coming in this
class.
I'm instructing 3 different classes but I'm using one experiment for all 3 class so I have
several labs going on at the same time. I wont have time to post pic from spectrum labs
but here is the start of the basic box build that is converted to a LinoTron Light box for
experiments. Student will learn very basic robotics to control RGB LED to control exact
spectrum for results that I think will give you a big surprise. I will release this data soon
and students are forced into scientist to help me resolve these spectrum hypothesis's.

Yes and No,,, my mentors are working with this plant and other very Fast Plant species to reduce flowering time in cannabis, this data and course study is offered in a DNA transgenic course and the data is offered and collected in the LinoTron as Gel slabs are analysed. In this thread I will go thru 6 week of this genetics class, Mendelian Cannabis Study, however I have 3 classes going on with this experiment at the same time. Good question, I Think you're like; What the hell is going on here with this experiment? Cannabis ? what the heck are those little seedling, those aint cannabis? Good question.

Instructors concept that I never thought of... Do you guys realize that many HS and college kids in Colo have NEVER held a cannabis seed, WTF?,,, we cleaned 1000's of seeds in those Frisbee's and albums. lol

In the Brassica seeds students will come across Purple Stem Hairy (High Anthocyanin Expression, Hairy)—Dominant expression of purple pigment in stems (also in petioles and bud tips); also selected for higher than usual number of leaf hairs; (Brassica resin gland) a quantatative trait. Main Uses: Genetic studies of purple pigment (anthocyanin) production and expression in crosses with Non-Purple Stem mutant (anl) study inheritance of leaf hairs. Genetic Designation: ANL, Hir (5-8).
Many student think it, but some student will ask/comment; all this is great but it will take years/(a cpl generations of breeding cannabis) to dial in my gene pool.
I reply: No it wont, open packet #3, The land race of Panama Red has a Genetic Designation: ANL, Hir (5-8). Yes its Anthocyanin that is expression of the blistering RED bud, But DO NOT GERM these yet, you still need one more class before we we germ these Gems, Autosomal and Sex Linked inheritance understandings, especially Sex Linked breeding for Cannabis breeding. We have to have clear understanding of this in our punnett charts.

Students have identified 35 Day Wonder Plants/seeds and are new hypothesis on Genetic Designation of landrace and F1 outcome. Species Cannabis probable identity, Cannabis Specialist can ID as cannabis, Cultivar/strain yet undetermined for cannabis, however they are ECD x Tahoe for this part of the class. Transplant Pics.

Student are narrowing the Genetic Designation of the 35 Day Wonder Plant to Landrace Bassicia (Rbr).. After being told they all have the same species and strains and seeing each others work they are now realizing a pure race of seeds. I will reveal to them today that indeed they have Bassicia (Rbr) .
No Purp stems. No resin glands, No somatic variegation,, and all the 35 Day Wonder Plants appear to homozygous (hieght) also.

they will design the punnett charts for 35 day wonder plants to determine the F1's cross outcome today, but now the questions arises as they all look at each other cannabis plants. Some students assume inaccurately that they have landrace cannabis based on homozygous looking seedling. In cpl weeks they will see the F1 variation in the cannabis seed and students will see the same results when they cross the landrace 35 Days plants to F1's.
Now The Students that has the chosen male Based on (smell and students have new skills in resin gland counting techniques for choosing males and other tricks of the trade) we can find that Male (the next Big Daddy Fat Sacks, Ol fertile merturl) for our F2 cross and we can predict with accuracy some traits tendencies. We can work in groups to Bottleneck to genetic drift for homozygous stability looking for that ECD taste and the soaring Up High of the Tahoe with a uniformity of the solid tahoe nug structure.... lol - in a perfect world of course.
The landrace cannabis seed in the student packets will help us get there (stability/uniformity) and because students will be at DNA breeder skills much quicker with genetic knowledge from 35 Day Wonder Plants seed 2 seed speed. Student will have master and manipulated phenotypic breeding and plants/seed stock will be ready for MAS. Marker Assisted breeding to dial it all in.

I have NONE< ZERO resin on my 35 Day Wonders (normal), but my ECD x T showing a 42 resin count. A student is claiming a 48 count on a 10 day old, that would be a record, I'm waiting to see the slide.
Ureaka, We got 2 more HIGH resin production on a 2 students cannabis plants also.

The Hydro Unit seem to have smaller leaves but the leaves might be darker with more shine. I'm going to take some coco core plugs and drop some of my Mothers Milk to see if that what might be adding the leaf shine to the hydrotub . I hope I dont over nute the transplants with my Mothers Milk.

panda mother boards are sold out, its kinda like bud in colo , we cant keep up with demand,. the lattePanda production caught Microsoft eye and they raised the Win 10 price putting our motherboards and Panda Trons out of hobbyist range cost and then I ran into this discovery, now lots of PHD are saying the bald headed fat tat guy might be rite, hope someone can provide links to harmonics, frequency, ionic REGARDING plant studies.

Well it hit me hard after the Crookes Radiometer breakthroughs,,, Im thinking its Not protons,,, not quantum ding shit, not thermo... Light does have mass,,, it's measured in frequency,,, now thats what wrong with all the harmonic plant bloom blaster devices , not accounting for different stomata FX on different stomatas at what frequency... the linotron device was not adding the frequency of light in plant manipulation.... and no one is accounting into their harmonic/ionics/ light frequencies ...
The light bulb went off,,, my device in needing a refraction and it hit me my $2 Red Sugar Ground Cover is all thats needed to make the harmonic technology very effective and cost effective also...

This will work but these devices do not utilize refraction nor do they account for it. The same goes for Dr Carlson and the other PHD working with sonic- harmonics,,, Im going to be showing a much more effective and cost effective way to do this with way better results on your plants, and my device has the same FX on you and your pets cuz I'm using a different frequency and way to apply to life organisms.
Please give us your feed back about these type of harmonic devices on the market if youve played with it. HydroFarm got em in the new books but $1000's of dollars and I think more study needs to go into these devices , but anyway

I think this guy might be right. light capacitance, that light frequencies is making the harmonic machines inefficient. This was not calculated, it FX efficiency of the sonic harmonics.

The plants are about 4 hours behind in their life cycle. Kinda, they come from high in the Himalayas. My dad worked with these plants back in the 70's at CSU. I pretty sure the life cycle has decreased through breeding. When they arrived to the USA as a pure landrace they were able to survive and thrive in leadville colo, 2 mile high in elevation, they are bred in Denver Colo and survive at 1 mile high in elevation,
I'm not admitting this to my students but I've tipped the dam hydro unit twice. That hurt the development also.

The story goes that high on this mtn they guy climbs to his pasture of Mustard and close by is his Broccoli patch and not far away is his garden of Kashmir Kush that supplies his money in trade( and good smoke) but he finds a surprise that he thought would be the starvation of his family. I want to say high in Nepal but but I think he was actually higher in elevation at Kashmir mtns,,,,, More on this later when I answer @nazarbattu question about Mustard seed in more detail later. But for now I'll say the story ends well as after Long hard winter the farmer and his family are near starvation, very close to No meat left and they have ate only tree bark for plant nutrients in long winter. The man fear for starvation all he can think to do is go pull a bunch of these weeds from his garden,. But then something caught him by surprise again, His Kashmir Kush was flourishing with the 35 Day Wonders and he found pure broccoli and some pure mustard in his patches growing along side the 35 day wonder plants. So he pulled a gunny sack full of the 35 Day Wonder plants and took this weed home to see how they'd cook and salad, with is children bellies full he notice the kids playing, the horses breeding, and everyone fat and happy on the farm after eating Lino's 35 day wonder Plants.
Now I pop the bad news on students, cut your ECD down or continue growing it . I let them make the decision, its up to them. The hydro kits are more than meets the eye, If ya noticed in the instructions there are 2 anti-fugal pads included. This new agent was added by their scientist in the patches that are part of the Lino Worlds Smallest Hydroponics kits. It was another improvement that NASA added to the hydro kits when they created the Lino's 35 Day Wonder Astro Plants in outerspace. Cool new genotype, more as you'll see this little guy emerge in F1 and F2 ... So ECD, its an experiment that can be a disaster if not monitored very close. All of us only added 1 pad from the 2 pad anti-fugal kit, one guy is going forward and added the other anti bacteria and fungus pad, I like his style,,, he is keepN that ECD ,, had me laughing, I'm going to continue my ECD having germ it with only one bacterial pad, yikes.
So Shssssss Students dont know it yet, students might get pure Kashmir Kush seed and pure gani bred from 80's Sensi Seed. they got panama reds but I'm not sure what will happen with this cross where as I know what will happen with the kush and gani crosses.

So @nazarbattu were waiting for a flower as it a very good way to start to determine plant species. This plant will soon be reconized as a Crucifier. Crucifers are easily distinguished by the characteristic shape of their flowers—four petals in the shape of a cross or crucifix. Based on the seed databases within the Linotron that display size in mm pics from several DB like the USDA DB into one search tool, SO ONCE THIS PLANT BLOOMS combined with flower traits student can now be confident in the Family: Crucifier
So to answer a little bit more in detail Nazar, YES, kinda but it will become clear soon. Mustard is a member of the Crucifer Family. So were on an adventure thru the supermarket trying to figure this plant species out. But as you look at 35 Day Wonder Plants you'll see Collards, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi and cabbage and all belong in the species as the 35 Day Wonder Plants.... So you're question was stellar!

HARVEST- might be crappy bud that is going to the wax. I abused these plants bad. One did not get sick but she was quarantined also. They were left outside in colo. brought inside below 32'. No Nutes. Recycle coco compost. No artificial lites. Grown in the window... Abused bad! ---- little sativa (Ancient Chinese secret x Mongolian Massacre) Mother had caterpillars so bad in ruined the bud even after I plucked all of them. it ruined the mother plant. But the clone stickN the house up -its a sour pungent that pulls the head away aroma of fuel-pinsole-super glue-black licorice and tar nicotine ... this aint no tooty fruity shit.... aint no OG in there either.. its some ol skool abused bud like the ol days,,, i wished I had room to take better care of her now.... But I grew her for free,

I threw the plant in 55 gal barrel of water 10 hours root, pot and drowned and catepillars and left it freezing temps. Threw some worm shit on it and forgot to water her but she didnt wilt.
