Seedlings from Rockwool to soil

Hey guys!
This is my first time germinating in Rockwool and I was wondering if I could transplant my seedlings directly into my final 7 gallon pots? Or should I transplant them into smaller pots first, then into my final ones a few weeks later?

You growing photos or autos? If autos go right to the big pot from the jump. If photos, I always start with 5" square pots, then transplant those into bigger pots about mid veg.

Mine aren't autos. I guess I'll do it that way. Thanks!
