Very interested in more info, are you in a municipality like Morrison or Golden, or are you "rural" and subject to the Sheriff? I know that the North Metro Drug Task Force and the West Metro Drug Task Force consist of cops from multiple Depts, just curious which one is going SWAT on us. I know sometimes those guys get bored, or they can't find any Meth Labs, they look STUUUUUUUUPID busting growers, weak ass shit, probably scared of the Meth Labs because those guys shoot back. Did your patients have edible recs. very interested in this. so were you running the 6 plants per rec total of 30?

if so you're probably the first I've heard of that this has happened to.

im typing you at 2 am after a 3 day trial , i'm looking at 2 - 4 yrs at 8am in La Junta colo Thursday,,,, if I;m not locked up ill help you out bro.... but toughen up Now, the cops are mother fuckers and liers dont focus on that... prepare for the worse. by 3 pm I will have fucked up someone in my first fight at county. The more of rucus the quicker you;ll get moved to a better facility , at least in my case. BUT IM WALKING IN to court TO WIN and I expect to win! accepting plea's is for pussy and snitches. but the most important fact is to support this guy PEOPLE lets get to his 1st court trial. IF WE ALL go we could fill his court room and let these prosecutors know we VOTE , we're watching them, they will be out numbered we except nothing less than Not Guilty for any marijuana amount, throat clearing can only cause you to go into the hall to get a drink of water with back up to enter the court room after one leaves another enters instantly while the door is open.
IF THERE ARE KIDS IN THE HOME GET THEM THE fucking HELL OUT OF THERE NOW AND TALK TO 1st visit free, ill go into some serious deal if you ask,LEGAL COUNCIL FAST ! Thanks for the support everyone. I have never posted here. I have always worried about anonymity. First off I am a female. My meds are A plus. I have been caregiving for a few years now. The reason i am sharing this is because am wondering how many others have gone through this and for others to know it can happen to them. Like I said my. Patients have serious illnesses and dr. Cohen in Denver gave them high plant counts with edibles. I care for them. Unfortunately when they came I hadn't reduced the meds so my weight was over. They also count clones as plants. So that was an issue. I have an attorney already who is already trying to get this case dropped but I could be arrested any day really. At least my patients will stand by me as I always took care off them. Still this is a costly and depressing experience and want people to be on guard if they are caregiving or growing their own scrips with high plant counts.

I want to clear the air for the locals in Otero County . The DA, was doing his job , under prosecution of me on the witness stand when the prosecutor contorted my words into saying that State Trooper Noga spit on me. To the contrary Noga treated me better than other cops as far as ie. , he didnt pull my hair and crap like that but he pulled 2 stunts that were made for Hollywood movie so I pulled 2 strategic stunts back , more in the ebook coming soon. And know cops read this so I'm hoping Noga is not pist at me , were even bro and if you take away the 2 stunts that we both pulled were still even, and we treated each other with respect at the time of the arrest other than your 2 stunts - minus mine my 2 stunts I did for my Freedom , were even. And Noga showed some serious compassion for my mom so guys its kinda hard to be mad at the guy right now, id like to be able to say hi to the guy if I ran into him but I’m sure he’s pist and he is a cop.

I felt forced to take the witness stand, yes, I ended up taking the witness stand but I dont recommend it , I was double crossed at trial and RC does it again and save me like a saints hand from the heavens .
