going to be running these outdoors in northern humboldt. we are at about 4400ft in elevation.
looking for strains that are fairly stable with maybe 2 defined pheons types. also any info on strains that produce amazing extracts would be great too! out of 40k sqft garden space 1/4 will go for extracts. also have a 2k sqft greenhouse that will be running as well so any strains that are very mildew resistant would be selected for the house. also i cant run strains that flower real long. as of nov snow is a very likely reality. thanks for ya'lls help. some of the best minds are here on this board! thanks again

The Snow Leopard, Lemon Wookie v. 2 (Lemon G x Wookie 15) and Phone Home are my favorite bodhi crosses this year. The OGKB More Cowbell Remix pack I got wasn’t up to Bodhi’s usual quality. Only 6/11 germinated, of which only 3 were females and when one hermed In week 5, I scrapped the remaining plants since I didn’t have the time to examine the buds everyday for nanners.

Tropical Smoothie and Jacote are both really nice strayfox cultivars. The TS was extremely limited and of the 4 beans I popped I got 3 beautiful ladies, although they varied pretty wildly in genotype and phenotype.

Jacote was a sleeper hit for sure. Some really unique and delicious smelling plants. If you’ve got them I’d pop at least half. Some incredible terpenes hiding in those beans.

Thug Pug is always consistently excellent, although the releases seem to be F1s and there’s a great deal of variation.

Symbiotic’s cuts are also typically the bomb. Out of the ones you listed, Wedding Crasher is fat and away the best plant, followed by the Cherry Punch. The Modified Grapes have issues with herms, so I haven’t grown them yet. I’m waiting until I can grow 4 large females on their own in a tent. Banana Punch has some amazing phenos but they’re apparently pretty rare. My pack didn’t have any keepers and out of 12 beans (even with the 2 extra), 10 germinated and 8 were male. I just had bad luck. But my buddy has a really nice cut of it.

The plant on your list that I have been most impressed with, and which fits your criteria for low variation between the plants is the Durban Julep, bred by Jeff Wyeast of The now defunct Compound Genetics. He started Wyeast Farms and released a lot of the Compound crosses as well as the new Menthol line.

The Durban Julep is an amazing plant. Truly breathtaking colors, vigor, terpenes, completely covered with resinous trichomes, and one seriously phenomenal high. I’m working with it now actually.

It seems to have only 2 maybe 3 phenotypes, although the 3rd only emerged once, so it’s probably in 10%-20% of the beans while the other 2 appear to both be 40%. They’re both capable of growing quite large and they stack nicely.

Pheno 1 grows bushy but tall, without an apparent apical cola. In flower all the branches stretched 2x until the plant no longer resembled a bush at all and all the branches produced dominant sized colas. It stays green throughout and was my favorite of the bunch. The high is just tremendous and the flavor is unreal.

Pheno 2 grows more like a traditional sativa Christmas tree and has a similar although slightly different and stronger terpene profile than Pheno 1. Pheno 2 grows big if you let her, especially outdoors. I had a 12’ plant grown in living organic soil with nothing but water and one dose of tea. It’s frosty as hell too. But it’s most incredible quality is definitely its colors. By week 3 of flowering a clone of the large outdoor plant, the leaves were purple, red, orange, pink, yellow, and various shades of green. Pheno 2 grows with a dominant apical cola no matter how you train it. Both of the more common phenos are remarkable and it was my plant of the year for 2018 for sure.

Pheno 3 only occurred once out of 10 germinated seeds. It’s feminized, so no worries about males. It’s shorter, and it’s leaves are more indica dominant than either of the other phenos. It also doesn’t stretch much at all although it definitely packed on the densest buds of the bunch. It also has a distinctly piney / earthy scent, which leads me to believe that it is the most expressive of the recessive Jet Fuel Gelato or at least the Jet Fuel OG Genes.

Compound/Wyeast’s seeds are extremely stable and I’ve grown several without any problems with PM or Botrytis. Outdoors there were some issues with mites, and they definitely attacked the Durban Julep and Neville’s Haze most voraciously. Mites always seem drawn to Neville’s Haze like moths to a flame. If it’s in your outdoor garden good IPM practices should keep you safe.

But I really cannot stress enough how amazing a plant it is. I’m a fan of Jeff’s work across the boards but the Durban Julep is definitely a sleeper hit. The cured buds are fat, dark green with some other colors in Pheno 2, sticky and remarkably well bred.

I don’t know where you found the

But they all sound phenomenal. As for the MAC1 crosses, most found them really lackluster. There were plenty of great plants to work with grown from seed in the MAC packs, but most people seemed to have a lot of issues breeding with the original MAC1 clone for some reason.

I’m a huge fan of Black Lime Reserve and In the Pines, as well as the Magnum Opus (duh), and have a deep collection of great beans I’d love to trade if you’ve got any of those beans left. The Starfighter F3. Wow. Who bred that gem?

Anyway I hope I could help. Here’s some pictures of the Durban Julep for you.

These are all shots of Pheno 2. As you can see, she gets very colorful early in flower, which isn’t a very common trait.

Best of luck to you and enjoy!
