My SCROG nets came in today! So we got right to work and set the table
now flower time is right around the corner. Will be doing a 50/50 top dress on the 13th and then probably initiate 12/12 soon after that.

No ACI hammock............I'm highly disappointed.....
Shiiiiiiiiiit, I grew for 20 years before I found the farm and learned how to grow...Its amazing how much this place has helped me. I really didn't have a clue and my pot was proof. Asking for help, getting it & reading everyone else's problems and the recommended remedies can't help but rub off after a while. It's also cost a whack of cash keeping up with the Jones and getting all the tools and gear to help with this hobby / medical need / recreational / necessity / tranquility / frustration / upgrades / humour....lolYou’ve had some killer grows since ive been roaming the farm. This one looks like its going to be epic. Im starting to get jealous of that huge tent!

Epsom yes I use “pure” brand, other 2 no, I’ll have to order the other 2, do you amend with the “triforcewelcome to the party @Mikedin !
you got the the triforce of micronutrients on deck as well? (gypsum, epsom, azomite)

Epsom yes I use “pure” brand, other 2 no, I’ll have to order the other 2, do you amend with the “triforce” then top dress with the Gaia? Do you Gaia gypsum etc or other brands? Figured first time using peat might as well try a new neut line with it as well!
Should mention I’ll be in peat, using FF lucky dog, think your feed schedule should still work?
Yep just peat, perlite and myco pretty much, so it’s a good base I’ll definitely be following the guide on the first one to get my feet wet!yeah if you check my GG grow guide I do the triforce every ~2 weeks and the GG every 4 weeksI do use Gaia Gypsum but it's cheap and easily accessible where I live. Lucky dog seems to be inert soil so you should be 100% ok using my guide :)
It’s honestly odorless atm or I’m just not noticing it lol,The lucky dog also has worm castings and bat guano.
Never heard of it before.
Go on and give it a sniff! Foxfarm Lucky Dog Growers Blend unleashes a howling good blend of pedigree ingredients like sphagnum peat moss, perlite, earthworm castings, bat guano and mycorrhizal fungi.

@Shaded_One just found a local source of Gaia Green they just got it in stock a few days ago but said they will be carrying it from now on! The 4-4-4 they have in the 2kg tubs for $22 but the 2-8-4 bloom booster they only have smaller pint sized jars for $10.99 but good to know I can grab some if I run low
Working on the triforce now lol, about to do some reading, does DE harm benificial bacteria’s was gunna mix a bit in but not if it’s harmful to its rhizosphere especially since I’m specifically trying to build it up lol, they have some nice 20 gallon nursery pots at my local place for $7 each, maybe I’ll do an outdoor run in a 20 gal pot on my lower deck this summer lol
Ok I may add a bit when I amend before I plant, I always get gnats with FF soils, so hopefully that will keep them downnice!! now you just gotta convince them to carry the larger 10/20kg bags of the stuff if you like it :) I do not use DE myself but from what I've read about it there should be no negative impact to the rhizosphere or any good bacteria. Just slices and dices small insects and provides some silica to the soil![]()

Yeah I can order the 10kg bags online so if I like it I will for sure, any specific brands you recommend for the triforce? About to order that all now
Awesome I use pure brand epsom, then just grabbed these to start withEpsom Salt - just whatever plain unscented granular brand you can get. I just buy the generic Rexall brand or grocery store brand stuff.
Gypsum - I use GG but really any powder form will do. Granular is not the best imo with Gypsum
Azomite - again anything you can find. I got a huuuuuuge like 25kg bag from my Hydro shop for like 40-50 bucks? stuff is cheap as balls
Gypsum is just calcium sulphate, aka drywall - https://www.amazon.com/s?k=gypsum+powder&crid=2GSFB7BPTOTEP&sprefix=gypsum,aps,116&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_6
Epsom - https://www.amazon.com/s?k=unscented+epsom+salt&crid=BE9O0BPBG3SW&sprefix=unscented+epsom+salt,aps,115&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
Azomite - harder to find online but somethin like this https://www.amazon.com/Handy-Pantry-Additive-Fertilizer-Minerals/dp/B000E7MTTO/ref=sr_1_12?crid=2W1Z2YZKO67JG&keywords=azomite+powder&qid=1679441594&sprefix=azomite,aps,117&sr=8-12
