I have been battling sick plants for the last 2 to 3 weeks now I believe one of my problems are Root aphids not sure if there's another problem here are some pictures can anyone help
OK awesome I will definitely check it out I had a couple come out of the run off a couple weeks ago little red backs just a little spotWhat makes you think it's root aphids? You can try using Neen Seed Meal (also called neem cake). 5lb box from from Down to Earth is ~ $20. Add the meal to a bucket of water and let it sit for a couple days and then use as a soil drench. It's super safe to use, but you may need to cut back on your regular fertilizer as it is also a fertilizer.

That's a good question I'd assume they are but I know there's different kinds of them I'm not sure if they get affected differently this is the first time I've ever seen these and the only thing I can come up with is a bag of soil I bought from the GrowstoreAre aphids and root aphids different critters?
Same issue. I have plants outside, started in the same soil as my indoor, when I uppotted outside I used different soil. I seen green aphids on my indoor grow using FFOF and nothing on my outdoor using an amended blend with added perlite. Not sure I am a big fan of FFOF as of now. That's a good question I'd assume they are but I know there's different kinds of them I'm not sure if they get affected differently this is the first time I've ever seen these and the only thing I can come up with is a bag of soil I bought from the Growstore

I think it's root aphids and overwateringNow thats an infestation! Holy crap! Im sorry to see that!
Thank you I heard about crop 1 supposedly it melts them away and is all natural also heard of mycos jordan would help I have used botanigard Es But think I over waterd or let the water sit in the catch trey to long agfter my last water shit got really badA good remedy that wont tweak your plant is Nematodes. But you will have to water with dechlorinated water every watering.
That and you could try a product called AZAMAX or AZASOL, although this product doesnt actually kill insects it makes them sterile, if they cant breed then they cant turn into an infestation.
I would go through your soil and roots and make sure its root aphids 100% before anything though, just cause they came out in run off doesn't always mean they are root aphids, that could also be fungus gnat larvae.
If it is root aphids, they are a bitch to get rid of, there are products out there that will kill them on contact, but 9/10 those products tweak the SHIT out of your plant in the process. Just be careful.
You might get rid of the root aphids but you might also possibly kill ur plants.
Good luck though
You're right I fucked up every time I flushed them with the botanigard they started looking super light in color I thought I waited long enough To hit them with feed again My room usually dries out Hella quick most of my ladies are in fabric potsSpinosad soap and stop providing the wet environment. It's like hanging out the welcome mat for the little bastards.
Sad to say but that's what's happening luckily my homie had a couple cuts of these strains left they have been very good to me I would've done it sooner , if they didn't mean so much to me I tried to save them and it cost a fucking lotjust kill them and start over
Thank you yeah I did use it at 2 tablespoons per gal Do you think that was enoughBotanigard would be my first weapon in the war against RA's. Soil drench at double dose, 2 applications 5 days apart. If that fails, Merit 75.
Did it help any of the stuff you tried
