i personally dont like superthrive, Just my opinion though, sea green works wonders try it, for veg do rootamentary. havent seen a brown leaf in veg in years. lol literally.

those PPMs are just fine for veg
no problems brother. this world dont revolve round me. as much as i wish it did lol. superthrive hasnt done any damage that i know of in my garden so i use it, aint got no B-52 or anything so i use it.

and no my PH out the tap is usually about 7. i add blast then PH to 6.5ish then V+B brings it down to where i rock it. 5.8-6.2
thanks for help and suggestions too.

Ok, so a few posts ago you mentioned that the
ph in the promix right now is 6.4

But now your saying you PH

IMO… that is a very dramatic swing for any plant in any medium.

Just an observation….. hope your having a groovy day brosef.

i thought promix was ran lower than soil? well if not i been funking up this whole rip. help me out if so. i know coco and peat were close to the same in a sence. so wouldnt i run PH the same?

Nope… 5.8-6.2 in promix is too low ….hence the reason your seeing P deficiencies.
Bring that PH up and they'll bounce back quick.

Still not sure why you'd want to feed 5.8 one day …then 6.2 the next or anywhere in-between.

Long ago, I learned about natural PH swings in the root zone that occurs each time the medium begins to dry out.

If there's no salt build up in the root zone, the PH should naturally rise upward allowing the plant to uptake all that you throw at it!

If there is salt build up, the PH will suddenly drop causing deficiencies and lockouts.

To put it into perspective, I flower my plants out in 1.5 gallon pots and each one gets watered with 1 gallon of mild nutes every single day!

Plenty of ample runoff!

My nute regimen Never changes all throughout the plant's cycle…. Only my PH changes!!!!!!

In Veg, plants want a slightly lower PH, so that N becomes more readily available.

In late stage bloom, the PH gets raised a little (5.8) to allow P to become more available and not so much N.

So for instance, since I grow in RW, in veg, I PH to 5.6 everyday.
So, by the time they need to be watered the next day, the root zone is somewhere around 6.0

well glad this is stated clearly. so i need to stay at 1 PH? like PH to 6.4 everytime and it will swing up by itself? i did not know that i thought i controlled the swing and by giving certain PH it goes up and down.
damn now i feel retarded as hell. on a side not even with me being a huge fuck up on that they still seem healthy looking except the couple fans that showed the P def.

Yes… the PH in the root zone will either swing up or down Naturally depending on how much build up is in there.

Hey man, thought Id pop in and read some of your journal. Impressive stuff man!

That 5th pic of the mainlined plant, how old is it? And how long do you think it will have to veg?
