should my circulation fans be on timer with light? to go off with it?

this is how i figured, tell me if this is not right please...
3 fans total. was going to have 2 of them on timer to go off with lights and leave the last (which is next to intake) on different outlet. so that way new air is being helped to be pushed around. hows that sound?

really? i figured everyone would lean towards one or the other not split. lol
well as of right now my plan is to have em all on 24/7. depending on temps during nitenite time is when ill cut down to 1 if its too cool. or all if its still warm. i plan to have lights out during the hottest times here. 8 am-8 pm
