This year may actually work out.
I have a medical strain which had no name but in our new home I have been able to grow these F2s out properly.
The genetics are Male Haze the breeder said he didn't like. Indeed it was the very opposite of couch lock. I felt the need to go to the park and walk laps which I did while I had the bud from that Haze. Next was the mother. Circa 2008, Greenhouse's "The Doctor" who has the genetics of Great White Shark, South Indian, Super Skunk.

So, Medically I am Bi-Polar and Neural Divergent. I work with computer programming and specifically with discrete dynamical systems. I benefit from a very up-creative medicine. This strain has been very good for imagining things in dynamical constructs. So I'm happy!
This post is a feeler to see if any folks may benefit from these genetics. In exchange I would ask for a grow thread on this site and a review of the strain.

If there is interest I am considering releasing feminized F2 ( not selfed ) to folks that want creative headspace, for them to evaluate and report.

The name that works is Skunky Fruit. It starts out as smelling like Jucy Fruit gum and a strong lemon of 7-Up soda with a hint of skunk but as the flowering advances and the bud matures, Skunk becomes strong and the bud is, well, very Skunky Fruit.

As long as seeds are legal it is on the person who has them to obey the laws that apply to them.

To recap: This is an up headspace strain, especially when harvested clear rather then cloudy.

Hey here is a ChatGPT generated logo. I loved this one.

Oh Man...

Friends I am just a humble grower here with limited time to do things and this seed grow is a bust.

I have to wrap things up for the year.

I'll try to get a seed run in the future. Perhaps at the end of the Summer but for now it just isn't going to happen.

Bummer. If I can I will post in this thread.

I plan on a Veteran owned small seed business so I shall report on my first strain.
This is a wonderful Medical strain. If we manage dosage this can be a daily. It sure elevates mood.
I was cleaning the kitchen and doing Handyman stuff around the house and was happy to do it all, Nice if one has depression from Bi-Polar. Nonetheless it is a clear mindspace.

My initial review
The Beginning:

I am an Avid Organic soil advocate and I grow the “Long Veg” in large pots mostly. I am a Veteran in the State of Illinois and a medical card holder. I would love a small business where I maintain the strains I have and share seed. I am working on that dream.

Skunky Fruit F2 2025 Grow, Lineage and Preliminary Smoke Report.

Granddaddy Power-Walker is of unknown lineage to me. He was gifted to me at a Cannabis Cup. I can only describe my experience with Granddaddy.

“I named it “Power Walker.” That is because the effect I experienced was to want to go out and do laps in the park for a long time. Which I did several times.”

Grandma is the classic Green House’s “The Doctor” from the first release and not the remake. She was not the Mango Dominate Phenotype and yet I sure can tell that Mango is in there a little. I seeded my girl so I didn’t smoke her except for some shake later. So limited memory on that.

Then came the F1s. My garden then was a very humble construct. Nothing like the equipment we have today.

In my humble construct it was small batches and harvested early but the benefit to me was the way up. Sadly then came the day I could not grow where I lived anymore.

Fast forward a decade and the priority I had made ten years prior of making a lot of seeds paid off with some F1s germinating fast and strong.

Note: “I recommend Glass canning jars and reasonable conditions for long term storage. I call it a miracle.

Now these are the F2s’ and I was able to grow these out to 11 weeks under my watchful attention to the changing weathers influences.

I did 11 weeks to see the full maturity and from that I can document from observations that we noticed more as the flower matured the evolving terpenes and the general bouquet over time. She’s unique.

The plant has an initial scent, starting in Veg, of what I can relate to you as “Juicy Fruit chewing gum” and the strong scent of a freshly opened can of the “soda 7-UP” with a minor note of Skunk. As the plant matures more it shifts towards the Skunk scent. Then as it gets to 11 weeks it mellows into what we smell and taste in our bowls. Currently my samples are limited to quick dry and short cure status. I expect to have an update in time.

Flavor Profile:
Initial hit:
Fruity
Aftertaste: Fruity and lingering

Requires Support in Flower:

Harvest Window:
This strain expresses different effects based on the timing of harvest. A typical flowering period ranges from 8 to 11 weeks, and the gardener's intent will guide the outcome.

  • At 8 weeks, the effect is notably uplifting and active, offering a long-lasting, steady experience in a clear, focused headspace.
  • Toward 11 weeks, the same long-lasting qualities remain, but the narcotic body effect becomes more pronounced, aligning more closely with the reported effects of strains like The Doctor.
We propose a harvest scale:
8–11 Weeks, ranging from "Up & Active" to "Deep & Relaxing."
The choice is yours—harvest for clarity, or wait for depth.

🌱 Strain Lineage & Description

🧬 The Beginning

Granddaddy — Unknown lineage
> Gifted at a Cannabis Cup. This plant was named “Power Walker” due to its uniquely energizing effect—it inspired actual laps around the park. Several times. Clear-headed and physically activating.

Grandma — Green House Seeds' “The Doctor”
> From the original release, not the remake. Known for its deeply relaxing, narcotic body effects.
Leafy.com has this to say: “Heavy sedating effects act fast, leaving you feeling pacified and calm. Earthy flavors soured by skunky, fruity notes arrive on the inhale, making their exit with the taste of hashy spice. Great White Shark, Super Skunk, and an unnamed South Indian parent lend The Doctor its genetic blueprint.”

Genetic Notes

Great White Shark: Described on Leafly as having a bold, fruity aroma with undertones of skunk.

• South Indian: A landrace strain. Believed to contribute the rich hues of red and brown as the fan leaves die off during late flowering. Other properties remain closely held by Green House Seeds.

• Super Skunk: An indica-dominant strain created by crossing Skunk #1 with Afghani. No specific Afghani strain is identified.

🌿 F1 Generation

Created in a humble home grow setup with early harvests. After a long break, a stash of these F1 seeds—carefully stored in glass canning jars—were germinated a decade later.

💡 Storage Tip: Canning jars + stable temps = long-term seed preservation miracle.

🌸 F2 Generation (Current Selection) And now aptly named “Skunky Fruit.”

Now grown out fully to 11 weeks so the plant’s complete profile could be truly observed:

• Scent at early flower: Juicy Fruit gum + freshly opened 7-UP, with light Skunk notes

• As it matures: The Skunk deepens and rounds out

• At full maturity (11 weeks): The aroma mellows into the final bouquet—what you’ll smell and taste in your bowl

Harvest 8-9 weeks for best Up Headspace and 10-11 weeks for the narcotic effect to be more pronounced.

Notes on Grandma: — Green House Seeds' “The Doctor”
> From the original release, not the remake. Known for its deeply relaxing, narcotic body effects.

Grandma’s Genetics: Great White Shark, South Indian, Super Skunk. It looks to me that we have our source for the Fruity strain “Great White Shark”

From Leafy.com “Great White Shark has a bold, fruity aroma with undertones of skunk.”

The South Indian is just listed as a Land-race. I do believe it contributes the rich hues of red and brown as the fan leaves die off during late flowering. Otherwise it is a Greenhouse secrete as far as I know.

Super Skunk is listed by Leafy.com as “Super Sunk is an indica marijuana strain made by crossing Skunk #1 with Afghani. ” No specific strain is identified for Afghani.

I am making plans to make seeds when I can. As an ordinary guy sometimes I just have to be patient.
I will update when i have more news.
