Well I fucked up and missed a feed went in three hours late and they were droopy af. Didn’t panic and drown them stuck with my 300ml water just like I have been and 3 came back one is still droopy what are the odds of it coming back maybe shock idk . I’m really surprised they didn’t up and fall over the blocks were so dry rookie mistake @PK1 @tobh
at least they got a good dry back, although you don't want the rockwools to get fully dry. They should all pop back in couple hours.

the tops seemed to bounce back pretty quick bottoms not so much. I flushed the worst one with straight rO water ph 5.8. I’m assuming nutrient lock out have kept with same feed amount and times except for last night hope I don’t see any long term affects?!?!? @PK1 @tobh

@tobh @PK1 what do I have to change when adding co2 finally should I lower temps? Raise temps ? Raise light output?? I have an ez co2 bag I bought but I also have a tank, monitor, and Titan controller but with the room not being completely sealed yet Tank setup is going to be expensive every week fills but I gotta do what I gotta do. What’s your guys opinion ?

don't worry about Co2 and just go through one harvest. Understand the plants needs. Why are the leaves droopy?

That pic was from them still bouncing back from missing the One feed. I’m leaning towards just cloning what i can in 1.5” cubes and moving to bucket system that finally showed up. I already got a refund for them too🤔. Anyways that’s where I think I’m headed. I agree with just getting through 1 and then fine tuning it. What is your take on co2 bags either way ??

some very slight burn going on, make sure your pH is on point and you might dial the lights back a hair. we'll need to let those marks develop a little further to really clarify what they are. when mine started to do that, it turned out to be calcium def due to excessive light.

knowing your full #s would be helpful. pH, EC, temp, RH, leaf surface temp, all the things.

co2 bag are better than nothing if your room is sealed and you have growing experience, other whys its like wasting money imo.
To me co2 is like turbo on an engine. 1st you want to make your engine strong and than turbo it.
but I've seen them in @Mr.GreenthumbOG tent

Ph 5.8 ec 1.2 65% rh 82* degrees f leaf temp 78 -80 leaf temp with temp gun and a thermal gun I upped Calmag 4ml per gallon from 3 this morning. Nothing in ec has changed. Might be from salt build up from the missed feed but I flushed each cube so I’m thinking that it’s calcium issue I’m using the light meter on my phone with diffuser photone. With the full spectrum led setting 728 ppfd.

this isn't personal use
boys, this is a prime example of an account to ignore :)

yeah, imma say it's light induced as well. EC isn't terribly high but with a missed feeding, rockwool will slap your hand for it lol hand watering wool is a time intensive task for sure.

@tobh Agreed !!! who is this guy!^^^ Anyways I’ll keep you updated on how things change hopefully for the better. Yes hand watering is def time consuming usually leads to me being in there long enough to overthink everything. Just as soon as I get a routine they start drinking more so it’s just a process but I think will help in the long run with using rockwool. “ I walked to school in the snow up hill both ways” type shit . @tobh your journal is great too man lots of info !! Thanks for all your help with this run.

Hear me out. I’m unable to spend anymore money getting through this run. Here is my idea. What if I use the bucket System air pots with hydrotons and set my rock wool cubes on top and continue hand watering while letting the bucket system flood and drain for any roots in hydrotons I know it’s not ideal but I think this is my only Option right this second

it would work. you'll want to flip sooner than later though. part of the beauty of the cubes is they can air prune as needed whereas having the root mass in a container becomes a limiting factor for growth.

i ran 4" delta blocks on a bed of hydroton in a F&D setup before, works great despite the rockwool staying too wet like all the time.

I have two strains both hybrids both by same breeder. One stretching pretty good one doesn’t like higher light. I’m stuck where I’m at don’t want to lose any of them I’ll just have to see what I come up with.. @tobh @PK1

now you understand why monocropping is the best option if you're working with unknown genetics. just gonna have to deal with the compromise.

Yeah should’ve been on top of it more they were pretty even when I put the trellis up. I upped ec and up light intensity when I switched so they are eating it up I noticed them stretching so I turned light up more and noticed small one taco-ing the leaves so I went back down on intensity and tried lowering the light same thing. May have been starving them the whole time to be honest. I paid more attention to ec run off numbers than the actual plant thinking if I stay away from pushing it to hard I’d be ok for this first run. @tobh
