Hypoaspis miles does not have the root aphid 'tail pipes'. I'm pretty sure I saw tail pipes in the second video in OP.
Possibly a thrips or a fungus gnat. I haven't encountered too many bugs. I just use promis for the first 3 waterings of any new soil. Gets rid of anything like that. Minus mites and the usual.hard to get rid of bug.

Yep I'm sure there are plenty of springtails and orbital mites. Hyopsis miles also enjoy decaying organic matter.Predators only "bloom" in the presence of abundant prey.
