Well a couple of the seedlings revolted yesterday and threatened suicide.

I couldn’t decide if it was to wet or to dry, so I relented and gave them an up pot and they’re much happier today. I think the actual problem was that they were just too damn cold as they perked up today after a night indoors. Sissies!

The true believers are soldiering on (albeit have wimped out and spent the day indoors).

Almost embarrassed at the difference (still time to catch up).

Also had a hermie in the poison tent, so decided to pull her from the race now. These are going to need to take stress and they hermied at first shock

I am killing it this grow but not in the good way. Like literally killing them haha. The bottom feeding idea was a disaster from the start. Then the aphids came

2 of 5 tents infected. Pulled everything to the tub and sink and blasted them really well. My only option was a dish soap spray so I did that. A few days later they looked absolutely fried but living. New growth is green and healthy. No sign of aphids right now.

I removed the dead stuff and super cropped 2 of them

Probably a week from transplanting up. Maybe less.

This is a cup challenge. Why are you up potting? Are you keeping one in the cup?

Works better than any spray I've ever used. This plant was hit hard by the bugs but harder with just h20

heck yeah, easier outside when you can blast em with the hose. Hose end sprayers are pretty killer too.

Changed my mind , took them out the pots and added a layer or perlite at the bottom. Problem solved. All looking perky again. Gonna move them to the big tent and start lst with some more intense light

Dang sorry to hear about those fucking mites Growsince95.

I had to move mine indoors, where I’m giving them only 13 hrs of blurple light. But I hate the Chernobyl effect so much I ordered up a little QB board and hope to run it until April when I can move back outside. (We’re going until October right?)

I’m down to only two contenders.

Have to post my Big Baby (not part of the Cup Challenge) which I sprouted January 10th and has been living outside the entire time. It gets hit by a porch light all night and gets hammered by the rain. The funny thing is how big the first set of leaves has gotten. This is one of those 1g pots (which is really only .7g and 6-7” across). It’s hardly grown in height, but the first set of leaves are growing and growing. But the sun is out today and we’re suppose to hit 70 this weekend (sorry Texans) so maybe it will get some height.

Sure but you can’t bring your Ferrari to a go cart race and ask “why are you driving those little cars?” It’s a cup challenge.

So I’m going to have to accept that I’ll not be taking any podiums here.
my auto flower Nrothern Storm has already begun to flower already, and it’s going to me a little bitty lady.
but it gives me a great oppertunity for a little breeding experiment. I have a bruple male that has rendered pollen.

what do people suggest for timing on the pollen dusting. Do I wait until week 3 or 4. Or do I dust that shit right away?
