The farm has been such a help to me thought Id show a couple cool pics for people, enjoy

Killer pics doggie.. That 1st pic is a huge monster bud.. It looks like ur chow mix did a good job..Killer grow

trees trees trees ........love me some trees

Looks like your using 2Ogl smart pots. I've currently running 20 gl smart pots with a 50/50 perlite mix. Looks like you just made some drip rings with self made holes. I have this also but was thinking of using Netafim 1gph drippers instead. I'm still hand watering right now just flipped, they're pretty big. How often and how much were you watering your ladies?

Thanks makingoo and freegrow, trees are my favorite

Theyre 15g pots I was watering 4-5 times a day with this mix, 8 plants drank around 35 gallons a day at their biggest, got minimal run off. I used to the 50/50 perlite mix and I only watered once a day with that mix, sometimes twice a day if the plant needed it

Great looking kolas. And those roots are out of control. Nice job.

Hey Kush,I am curious which you liked better the coco & perlite or coco & hydroton or maybe even coco & air stones?

Coco and hydrotron is my current favorite I switched everything to chow mix. Chow mix and air would probably kick ass, I'm pretty sure that JKs thread talks about that.

It really depends on your set up and preferences though, for me hydrotron> perlite

How many lights brother??? I will be running same chow mix brother but 4- 1k bulbs, wings, 3' x 9' scrog LST, 6-15gal pots like yours and hand watering... was wonding if I should consider a drip or do you think I can get away with hand watering??? Also was thinking of adding air to the bottom of the post in a ring style on the inside the chow mix but in the out region on the bottom of the pot.. any thoughts on that????

You killed it brother! OUTSTANDING GROW!

That grow was with 3400w per room. 1k In the middle and 600s in the corners. I'm doing all 1ks now I just had a lot of 600s laying around but 1000w are way better for trees better spread and penetration.

If your doing trees with anything more than 50/50 chow mix you have to set up a drip unless you want tO water 2-6 times a day by hand... IMO fuck that hahha

If you go Hempy style you can def get away with hand watering, but if your putting in air I would again recommend drip. Drip give you a lot of freedom and the plants won't go without water if you have a conflict or something

This grow was great but my current one I'm doing chow mix again with 10k in dual arcs should be dope

No trees here as I only have an eight foot lid... Scrog with Low stress training and veg will only be 4 weeks or until the screen is almost full and will be toping and training in order to control the stretch. I will have those meters in the coco so I will be able to keep track and see where they are at... hopfully. Will have a drip system on hand or water twice a day. Thanks for you input brother. Great grow! Going to give 70/30 ton/coco and see what happens.

yea really depends on your pot size compared to plant size that will determine how much you water. you can hand water for the first couple weeks till the roots take over the pot and then gauge how much you need to water from there, the more you need to water the better means theyre growing and drinking fast

15 gallon magic pots... typical fabric pot but a new local company from the states. Looks like I will be watering like a mad man....LOL

Thanks for your insight brother and a fantastic grow. I failed big time on my first grow in dwc buckets... alot of noob mistakes. I am hoping chow mix will be a little more forgiving and I will be using A1Nutrients and Cap's bennies... so I am hoping my second grow will be a success.

Very excellent here, espec such a lovely grapefruit rom. Mmmmm..

looks great, love the rootball shots. How long did they veg?

Made my own drip rings with 1/2 inch tubing and 6 1/4 inch Ts works well and the 1/4 inch Ts have never clogged on me

You can sorta see one the second to last pic

They vegged for 1 month or so under t5s, than 3 weeks in the flower rooms then flipped

Cool... since mine are stationary I will be veging under 3 -1k bulbs as my ballast are switchable. Hoping to cut down on veg time. My thing is wondering when to make the switch as I am running a LBH scrog method? I think 12" will be the max before the switch. Thanks again for all your help brother... and what a great grow show you put on!

P.S. Top notch brother... I can see the 1/4 inch fittings... nice job!

my neck hurts from looking at your pics :)

damn romXgrapefruit...... must be a killer strain, 2 of my favs!!
