Surprised that no one has posted these yet...

So the measure in November wants to make the municipalities and local government responsible for the regulation and enforcement of "reasonable use". Seeing as what "Los Gangales" is doing already, I can't say I'm all that optimistic about what they'll do if the measure is passed.
A link to the list of dispensaries that received notices. Now, I'm not one to often don the tinfoil cap, but in perusing the list, I noticed that all of the dispensaries that I've switched to in the last couple of years because they had more reasonable prices and showed some measure of compassion for their patients and at least seemed to be less in it for money. The two collectives that I stopped going to aren't on the list. One is directly connected to the Oaksterdam/Richard Lee circuit. The other is adjoining a strip club and both businesses are owned by the same person. In casual conversations with staff at this dispensary, there is an "understanding" between local law enforcement and the owner which has kept them relatively safe from raids.

Yes, indeed... that's a federal judge telling dispensary operators tough luck.
I could go into a whole connect the dots thing and decry the ROT 2010 bill, but it should be fairly obvious at this point. Besides tinfoil is itchy.
