I have 16 SE500s in my veg room. My observations are they veg nicely, big stems and lots of branching. Large stocks, bushy plants, not much stretch. Pistils stack hard. It's not the plant cause I run the same strains in my other veg rooms under different lighting and they don't come out like they do under the SE500s. If you run a perpetual cycle and need veg lights I'd say these are a go. Ill be changing out my other veg rooms with more of these later. As for flowering I haven't tried them for that purpose, that's a different world.

Amazing results but for me personally i can't speak from experience for i only got mine a few weeks ago and only hooked it up a few days ago but yeah pretty impressive for the price.
