Hooligan, rather than just use the farm to draw attention, consider posting this on SFs Facebook and Twitter feeds. Most corporations can't tolerate bad PR and will act more quickly. I once had to do this with Ikea in 2011 and they ended up flying someone from Scandinavia to Thailand to fix the faulty kitchen installation (done by a registered 3rd party). This was within 1 week of my FB post. All is fair in marketing so all is also fair in commanding customer service to get with the program. A good heading like #of days SF hasn't responded is always a good starter. Then everyday you don't hear post again. Taking a look at their site it appears that multiple people aren't happy like Tommy@SpiderFarmerLED , here is your busted light you sent me all boxed up and ready to ship back!
