Don't call me bro for starters, my Brother wouldn't try to rip me off...You haven't done shit but provide excuse after excuse as to why you won't send me a label to send the faulty light back. You also won't refund me my money and you keep promising to have already sent me a replacement part but "unfortunately you can never provide a tracking code" for it.

The Farm should straight ban you from this forum and if they request my email and text records I have from you for proof, I will gladly provide it to them to show them what shade you've thrown my way @SpiderFarmerLED.

Hooligan, rather than just use the farm to draw attention, consider posting this on SFs Facebook and Twitter feeds. Most corporations can't tolerate bad PR and will act more quickly. I once had to do this with Ikea in 2011 and they ended up flying someone from Scandinavia to Thailand to fix the faulty kitchen installation (done by a registered 3rd party). This was within 1 week of my FB post. All is fair in marketing so all is also fair in commanding customer service to get with the program. A good heading like #of days SF hasn't responded is always a good starter. Then everyday you don't hear post again. Taking a look at their site it appears that multiple people aren't happy like Tommy

Mine se7000 came with 3 connections all warped too just contacted them and they offered to send me all new connections.
Only thing is now I'll have to figure out how to wire the new ones in.
