That is for sure. Almost got benched over this stupor 😂 and of course she is right. Me and drinking don't appear to mix well with the ladies. Did however take my trusty new UV light for a run last night and I think I am on to something. I did not see any pests but I sure felt I could if they were there. I think most pests would "glow" like scorpions do.

Today, the smell of apple butter slow cooking (at hour 22) is actually over powering the smell of my grow and has the air full of apple cinnamon and cloves with a tiny hint of skunk lol. It’s a gorgeous sunny seventy degrees with switching winds.
Preparing for a girls day trip, to a lab that can test above thirty percent THC to get that Future 1 tested. Going Wednesday let ya know how that turns out. No damn bingo or teas for my ole lady friends! We going to the lab and buying mushroom compost by the carloads! 😂

Go figure but this frikkin Blue Sunset Sherbert is the only strain I didn't clone and also do not have any more beans of, and is FOR SURE my favorite due to basically every factor I can quantify aside from it is a short plant. The smell is so ridiculously distinct that is very easy to describe. Get on a rooftop and dive into a massive pool filled with fruity pebbles. I'm in love with it. I almost want to kick the other 3 plants out of the tent 🤣 Her name is Chloe Belle 🥰

Yeah lights off in tent 1 at least. Tent in flower is 7am-7pm and veg tent is 7am to 1am. Actually may need a heater for veg tent in months ahead

I was being facetious or coy maybe when acted like I didn't use a black light. I bought a cheap $15 UV light to check around the house for scorpions and such. Because of how black lights make scorpions glow due to their hyaline layer, I thought maybe they could allow you to see pests in your soil and around your pots. I did not see any when I looked that once but I do feel it likely was because there were none to see. This below makes a lot of sense. I do agree with you that you should resist any and all urges to disrupt sleepy time BUT(don't keel me) I do believe a UV light is a handy tool to add to my IPM.

"A black light emits UV light, which has a higher wavelength than visible light. Humans cannot see UV light; it appears purple. But when shined on bed bugs and other insects, the UV light makes them glow. As bed bugs are incredibly good at hiding, this can be a very handy tool for finding them."

ooooO I did not think about that I could re-veg Chloe Belle. I for sure would if did not have my hands so full that I am about to give/ throw away the house/clones -> HERE 😯

5 weeks through Flower update

Added 3rd exhaust hole to the attic. Now can exhaust both tents and the monster portable AC.

Still most in love with the Blue Sunset Sherbert. CG said I could reveg and so it shall be 🥰 Not sure if she too far into flower or how this might work but she is just lovely in more ways than 1. She doesn't complain ever. I give her water/feed and there is basically rarely run-off ever and she is just perfect with it. The Mimosa x Orange Punch that was formerly my favorite, seems to have issues in the soil that I created by improper and not consistent enough watering. She simply drank more than the rest and I never gave her any more. Eventually she said screw you then and part of the soil just won't get saturated no matter how I water. I have been slowly feeding her for 2 days now and still she is hydrophobic somewhere and the rest are not. I think it is what caused some leaves on Mimosa to appear deficient but I just have rolled with it. To be honest I just can't keep up right now so am just hopin to cross the finish line if even limping. I'm going to crank this portable AC up today or morrow and slam the temps and RH down, especially at night. Cheers to hopefully being half way there

Yeah the blue sunset sherbert is like fruity pebbles and the mimosa exactly like a mimosa(champagne and OJ). The GRC x BBC and the Blueberry I can't really peg the smells yet. I am going to crank up the AC this eve and see if there are colors to be brought of these ladies. 3+ weeks of primetime CG-style temps and RH should make em dance in the pale moon light I'd think

If I chose to reveg, I do so after harvest. It is much slower than cloning. I’m more apt to reveg and then take clones from that.
Made the trip to the lab yesterday, two hundred plus miles round trip, only to be told that their machine was down and the part ordered. It will be two weeks before they are back up 🤨 So in two weeks time, I will make that trip again. We had a great day anyway!

Just feels different. Anywho it obviously wasn't ideal to take this far into flower but this was the smallest branch that was growing and looked like could be a candidate for reveg. I don't know what you meant about reveging after harvest. You take the cutting once you harvest them?
Ahhhhhh no that sucks you made a trip like that for naught ugh so sorry to hear that. Hopefully they can get what they need for when you go next time. Can you phone them ahead to make sure don't go for nothing again?
Dang I have my Ideal Flower Temp/RH Foot in my mouth meow 🥺 and I want to damn near give up. I don't know wth I need to do for fricks sake. When I try to crank the temps down my humidity goes up. Last night I cranked up my portable AC to give it a run over night. Mind you it is simply in my office(lung room) and exhausted into the attic. At 6:15 this morn lights were still off and tent was reading 64t/63h 😒
I tried jimmy rigging the AC flow and ported it into tent as intake and AC blasting and tent temp and humidity rise 🤔 I changed to dehumidifier and they both rise even faster 😖 I bought this used for $125 -> HERE and there is nothing wrong with it. I honestly think I need a small dehumidifier for inside the tent. I can't think of any other way to drop my RH. Three 7 gal fabrics and one 5 gal seem to give off so much humidity that coupled with high RH we've had for months due to monsoon season, sub 50s are a real struggle so far. Even 60 was a struggle last night but I am not going to overly stress it. You taught me to let shit roll off my back so I'm tryin to do it more.
Took some pics of the room to get more of a feel of what I've got to work with. If I can find a small dehumidifier for inside the tent that seems badass, used, and super cheap, and a steal, I may nab one otherwise I will just keep finageling the lung room with what I've got. Hmm still struggling with temps and RH. Not going to overly sweat it cause I am a duck and shit just rolls off my back like Sensei CG taught me. I am going to see if a super mini dehuy inside the tent might work. If not I will just return it no problem. Also am completely halting prior drip system plans and returning everything. Have 12 blumats on way and I am hoping it is the solution I have been looking for. Been searchin for months so would be nice to find something that works for my needs.

Who knows if I will ever grow her out but I now "might" have a chance at it. I don't have any more Beans of her and I'm in love with her so glad I did. On the reveg question, I leave small buds intact and shove her back in veg hours. Takes a bit but she will start new growth around the budded area and I allow it to get some size and then clone it 😊
I know where you are at the RH is hard to deal with, but even there when it cools maybe it won’t be so bad? That small in tent dehumidifier is the way to go. As for me right now I’m hauling water like crazy to a humidifier trying to bump it up from twenty eight!
About temps, I prefer lower temps. I run the tents a lot between 69-78 and have never had a prob with it. It was when others convinced me to run them hotter that I got to experience powdery mildew.
All is good here. I was aggravated about the trip Wed. But we had a great time anyway! They say they will have the part in and ready to roll within two weeks, next time I will call!

I know I'm a little late to the show but I also received some blueberry fem seeds from seedsman. Softened in water then wet towel. But both that I tried just barely broke the surface after several days and refused to stand up. Sprouted in plain buffeted coco.

What is your sprouting method? Are those jiffy pots? Never used em. What pH did you give seedlings?

i cloned earlier in flower and was no different than in veg. But alot depends on the genetics some are easier to clone than others but it’s absolutely doable.

ohhh Clones of the clone, I like it. Was wondering cause the clones I have in tent are growing like weeds. Can I just top them like normal to keep them from growing vertically?
Glad you think the mini-dehu might work in the tent. I don't mind having to change it often since it is so low capacity but it actually acts like you can use a drain tube so don't have to empty. Hopefully it can draw out some moisture. If it doesn't seem to work as I hope then I will just return it for a slightly larger one.
I'm with you on temps. It is rare that I exceed 80 now and would only be for very short periods. Mostly in the 75 are and 55ish RH when don't try. The dehu hopefully can get me 3-5% and that would allow me to use portable AC outside and dehu inside to see if can drop into better range. Want to "shock" these ladies by making them think the seasons are changing faster than they prepared for. Might not be right but it seems to make sense when I smoke enough 😂
