Well since that didn't work out, you wanna talk some turkey about weed?

Long story short, have always only used the Lucas formula because I like things simple and I'm a lazy motherfucker.

Put oodles and oodles of money into my new setup and I'm getting pretty stoked on it, but am also looking to step up my nute game a little bit.

I'm still gonna run Lucas as my base (although switched to Flora from Nova because that shit was just too thick), but I'm looking for one or two additives to possibly help me out in flower - I know your nute lineup, but given the constraints I've outlined, what one or two additives would you use?

Heading to the hydro store tomorrow for (hopefully) the last time, so I'd like to grab them then.

Big Bud and Overdrive of course.

BG, I dunno how to count that high, much less recall their names. It's like going to a buffet, there's everything you could want and more. The hardest part is picking what to abuse.

Shit I use to use nova in my hydro be for I got the UC. I always use floralicious+ and koolbloom liquid with great results every time. I still use it in the hempys.

I'm actually going to have two different reservoirs setup so that I can run head to head trials in every grow (except possibly for this one as I get this new system down because I've never run a vertical garden before) - as you can see from my sig, building a big old vertical structure-thingy, so each side will be identical and the only variable will be the nutes.

I run food grade (35%) H2O2 (but I'm gonna run out soon and the hydro store only carries 29% now), so I think that's fairly comparable to Zone.

So Big Bud and Overdrive are your final answer?

All right, but if anything should happen to this crop in a new room and a new growing system and a whole new way of growing, I'm gonna blame it all on the additives you recommended.

All right, let's get this sorted out.

Both will use Lucas as a base, but...........(that's where you guys come in).

I'm not really sure what product Koolbloom is supposed to compete against - Big Bud or Overdrive?

Trying to keep the variables down to one to really be able to measure the effect.

KB vs. BB

Not sure what competes with overdrive except H&G shooting powder. It stimulates a second rush of calyxes, but caution because it'll make unstable genetics hermy if used too soon/long.

My bro FreshSteppin has the mother stock for next run taking root.

Decided to go with the PK. Have prior experience with her, sick little rocks at chop.

Dual Under Current 8-site rigs.

Bobby you could go BB+OD against Koolbloom liquid and koolbloom powder. You use em both the same liquid weeks 3-5 then switch to powder from weeks 6-7 then flush.
I would really like to see how that would turn out. Ive never ran BB and would like to see the end results.

i'm thinking about trying the potash+ myself; gonna have to bust out a bunch of single bucket uc's in the lab soon and start rocking the mother of all side by side threads... pure flores vs potash vs pk13/14 vs kb vs moab vs bb etc

i ran the sr71 pk before and look forward to seeing the difference with the kushman cut; thanks for dropping the knowledge on the lineage; culture is just history being made; gotta do it proper for posterity

it'd be interesting to grow in the under current using frequent change outs to maximize nutes but i just think of all that water ur dumping out; i mean ones lawn should only be so green; just seems sorta wasteful but i wonder if a possible difference in return would be worth it; hmmm...

That is a great idea with the side by side trials.

Everyone should be required to have a mini-lab to further experimentation and development of the techniques to become standards of the future.

The world governments should fund our science projects too, it's not exactly a cheap hobby.

Rollin, I agree - if everyone ran there own experiments, there'd be a lot less ignorance in the game and pure parrots who don't know shit but swear their nute regime is the only worthwhile one.

I wish I could take donations, but that'd be kind of a security concern :)

Putting off heading to hydro store until Monday, so if you guys/gals figure out what you want, I'll do that for my first trial - would prefer one additive on each side, but I could do two on each side.

Gonna be matching 45 gallon reservoirs, both chilled, for each side of the "thing" I'm building.

Also have (just about) the full H&G line save for Roots Excel and some other shit, so I was thinking about that vs. GH's full line.

But I'm leaning towards staying with what I know and running a Lucas base with one or two additives (preferably one) - don't wanna run H&G and somehow lose half my harvest at this point in time, especially while I'm learning the system.

EDIT: Or, was thinking of doing half recirculating aero/NFT with a chiller and half drain to waste with rockwool croutons or something along those lines.

So many options........
