It’s been a while since I posted here. I still have the black sugar going she’s getting some big heavy buds on her. I had to set the net up today for support. She’s probably got about 2 wks left. I have an Afghan auto that’s getting taken down on Sunday. I also have a white widow cross(auto)and a clone from the black sugar in the closet. It gets a little cold in there but I’ll move everything to the tent when I take the other two out. The bs clone is getting ff nutes with some epsome the mother was all organic. The widow is in a soil mix with guano ewc and Gaia

Took a bunch of clones off the black sugar a few wks ago. 6/8 made it. I up potted 2 of them to 1ga. Fabric pots. One was a mix of old soil with Gaia, ewc, bat guano and a lil mycos. The other was ff happy frog with a lil mycos. Going to top the fox farm with Gaia and guano next week. I want to wait on my homemade mix to see how long it lasts. I’m going to run a cpl autos outside this year I just have to figure out which ones. I really liked the blueberry cheese I did last year so that’s top of the list. I did a whitewindu dosidub x white widow indoors this year that came out great but was a little small.

Black sugar 5 days into flower. 5ga. Fabric pot in a 3x3 55% 74f 1.3 vpd watering 1ga of water every 4 days. Using ff grow big and a drop of humboldts secret bud booster every other watering.

Gonna trim some and clean the tent and humidifier next week.

second week of flower is almost over for the black sugar. She put on some weight the past week. Definitely my best grow to date. Seems like the stretch is slowing down or stopped. Giving away 4 of the clones tomorrow. I need the space in there to start my veggies and seeds for my outdoor grow. I did a good trimming last week and cleaned the tent out. Got a few yellow leaves down low. May bump up the feeding a tiny bit. I’m going to bring the light to 8 from 7 in a few days. Vpd is around 1.4. First time filling out a 3x3 with one plant. I’ll get a pic of the clones later on. 4 are in 1ga. And 2 are in 2ga. They’re getting big too. I probably should have taken em a week or two later than I did. But at least they’ll be big enough to take the hardening.

End of wk 3. It’s starting to look a little burnt. I skipped a feeding and just added water to flush out whatever salts may have built up. I put it on a wire rack so I could flush. I’m watering every other day at this point. She’s drinking a ton. Branches are already starting to flop over due to weight. I’ll probably add a second net for support tomorrow. I’ll be feeding 2 caps of ff grow big and 1 cap of humboldts secret 0-7-4 tomorrow. 75f 53% 1.4 vpd lights about 14”-16” above canopy on 8/10.

End of week 5 for the black sugar. Buds and are getting dense and filling in nicely a lot of dark purple/black leaves starting. Branches are falling over so I tried to lay them out to give as much light to the lower section as possible. I might have to trim the top buds and give the lower section some more time when it’s ready to harvest. I started 4 autos in rockwool cubes. Acapulco gold, crystal ball, blueberry cheese, and an apple fritter. Started germination on 5/29. All but the crystal ball are popping through. I have the seeds in a dome in my starter tent.

End of week 6/7 I counted the first week of flip as a pre flower week. So technically it’s end of week 7 and it’s looking like it’s almost ready. I’m gonna give it another week and check the trichomes. I was trimming some fan leaves yesterday and snipped a bud by accident. I guess I’ll have a tester bud a lil sooner than I expected lol.

Summary of the black sugar clone:

Took 2 clones off the mother a few weeks before Christmas. One was gifted to my cousin and one was put in a closet with a 100w light. Due to other plants in the tent it sat in an uncontrolled closet till the end of February. Once I harvested the tent I put the black sugar in around beginning of march. Set up net for training and flipped light to 12/12 two weeks later. She’s in a 5ga. Fabric pot with ff hf soil and extra perlite. Fed every other watering with ff grow big. Added epsome salt every few waterings. I water with tap water that I let sit out for 24hrs. Two weeks into flower I started adding a little humboldts secret bud booster and started lowering the amount of ff gb.wk 3 of flower I did a good pruning and removed anything below the net. I added another net for support around week 4 of flower. Middle of week 6/7 I trimmed a decent amount of fan leaves that were blocking bud sights. Now I’m just dialing back on nutes a lil and will start lowering the intensity of my light 1/10 every 2 days till harvest. That’s about all for this grow I’ll come back with a smoke report when the tester is dry then again after the cure.

Started my outdoor plants for the raised bed, and started a few autos for the tent. I have 2 clones off the black sugar that are already like 2 ft tall. Ones in ff hf the other is in my own mixture of reused soil Gaia ewc and some guano. I’m probably going to do one in the tent with the autos and one in the raised bed. The autos are Acapulco gold, crystal ball, blueberry cheese and an apple fritter. The bb cheese is looking dried/burnt but it’s been in the dome with the rest of them so idk what the issue is.

All seedlings are autos from Growlahoma. The two big ones which are clones of the black sugar by seedsman.

Apple fritter

So the bb auto didn’t make it. Neither did the Acapulco gold or the crystal ball. I threw another bb in a 5ga pot and started a sacred kush and a Hindu Kush directly in my garden. The bb is looking bigger than the apple fritter which is a week older. I’ll be harvesting the black sugar this weekend. The 2 kush’s were put in the soil yesterday morning after a 15hr peroxide water soak. I’ll be checking on them tomorrow. Hopefully they pop through the soil by then. Some black sugar pics the indoor that’s almost done and two of her clones I decided to throw outside. I’ll get pics of the seedlings tomorrow.

The kush’s havnt popped through as of Tuesda. Waiting to find out if they have yet. It’s been a little chilly but warming up yesterday and today so I’m hoping that helped. The black sugar is coming down on Saturday. The apple fritter auto is tiny but throwing out some leaves and the bb cheese is big but not much new growth yet.

Idk what’s going on with the apple fritter. I think It’s growing, but very slowly. It’s 2 weeks old and 2” tall. The blueberry is doing great at 8 days old. I put it under a little more light to stop the stretch. The outdoor is looking great. The black sugar in The garden split but still seems to be doing fine. The Hindu kush auto had a helmet for a Cpl days but looks to be coming back. Kush autos are 6 days old. If the fritter doesn’t start growing soon I’m gonna start another. I started another auto a few days ago still waiting for it to pop through the soil. If that doesn’t show soon I’ll start another as well. I left it in the water longer than normal. It had an 1/8” tail while in the water. Idk if it will hurt it or not but I feel like it should be showing by now.harvested the top buds off the black sugar and giving the lower section another week. Will be harvesting the rest on Saturday.

Bb cheese looks like it started flowering a Cpl days ago. Af is still in veg and finally started taking off a lil. The other auto I dropped last week isn’t looking great. But it was in a reused soil that I may have amended too heavy. If it doesn’t pull through I’m gonna just start an okie cross. Haven’t decided which one yet but finally got my hands on a few so I can’t wait to give them a try. I harvested the black sugar last weekend and it should be ready for jars later today or tomorrow. I cleaned out my tent with a peroxide mix and got the autos all set up in there. I tried the Ai ability on my ac infinity controller but after 3 days vpd was still jumping from .9-1.2 so I went back to running it how I always have now vpd is between 1-1.1. I took the cups off the outdoor autos on Wednesday. Hopefully they are big enough to keep the chipmunks and birds from getting to them. I’ll get some pics later this afternoon.

Humidity is at 62% temp is 77f. Light is a 300w acinfinity on power 4. 20/4schedule about 18” above canopy. Been watering the bb and apple fritter a half gallon every 3/4 days. Bb just got a top dress of Gaia 2-8-4. Af is still in the original ff hf soil with ewc and perlite. The outdoor black sugar is getting Gaia green products and the outdoor autos(kush’s) are in c.o.m soil with ewc. I may add some Gaia 2-8-4 once they start flowering.

Bb cheese is about 5 wks old and starting its second week of flower.
