Listen to you with the pats/ginos lingo!!!!!! just a wit wiz w/peppers though just to keep ya on point. the "wit" refers to with onions. the wiz being the cheese of coarse. if you ask me though that wiz is gross... i like real cheese! a traditional cheesesteak is marinara sauce( the bold stuff, not that pussy sweet sugar sauce either) and chopped onions (not the big stringy kind, you want each bite to taste the same) and white american cheese. a pickle and choice of peppers are acceptable in new testament anyway.

everything else and all the other combos to me personally is a just a steak sandwich! hahaha i'm being very picky of coarse. but yeah man your right there really is no way to go wrong as long as you like the flavors!!! the only two no no's i have are no stringy fat in the sandwich, you gotta cook and render any fat down so it melts in your mouth when you bite it. you shouldn't have to chew a cheesesteak very much.. and the other no no is make sure it's not runny... it should never saturate the bottom of the bun and make it soggy.... other than those two turn off's i am full in!!!! jalapenos are by far my favorite pepper for steak sandwiches!!! i also like extra sauce with mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven for a few minutes... we call em pizza steaks around here.

Very nice haul Brother! That lady has hash plant written all over her! Man the resin looks delish!
My little bubble came in and now I'm back in the saddle! Dude my tolerance has gotten so low I get freaky high off some of this shit. I open a bag and the aroma is a disgusting road kill skunk aroma that just screams danky. I load little two hitter bowls at a time and 6 hits get's so wasted I just sit there and giggle and trip.

Ya know it's weird about cheese wiz. It's just one step above that shit that comes in a can and squirts like silly string but for some reason I love it on a cheesesteak. I taste it by itself and it's the worst so I'm not even sure why I like it on a sammy but I do. A good queso is way way better though. I also really like provolone and white sharp cheddar.
Oh man I so agree about gristle in steak too. The slabs I have from the restaurant supply almost melt in your mouth. If you had dentures it's so tender you could take them out and gum the meat and it will still break down.
There's a really popular burrito joint in town here kinda like Chipotle but it's a local chain. Their steak is the worst ever because it's all gristle and to me it's inedible because of it. Then they put way too much beans in it so it turns out being a gristle and bean burrito that's the worst. I'll never undertsand why that place is so popular. Even their chicken is like trying to chew chewing gum and you gotta really try hard to fuck up chicken to make it have rubber like texture. So gross!
I'm feeling tons better and am able to eat solid food again so tomorrow I thinking about getting on the blackstone and making some steak sammys.
Right before I got sick I bought all kids of stuff to make a deep dish pizza in my cast iron but had to shelve that idea. I'll have to wait until I'm off these meds for a week or so before I get into that.
Hope ya have a great weekend buddy and enjoy the game and all the eating required on super bowl Sunday! I'm cheering for the Bungles on this one since they have a few Longhorns on the roster and the Rams don't have any but for the most part my interest in very minimal. Just wanna have a normal day for once and enjoy some good food

a couple other things i forgot to mention, i always like to chop up some baby bella mushrooms in the steak!! and don't leave out the yard bird when it comes to cheesesteaks, around here chicken cheesesteaks are just as popular!!! i like mine without sauce and extra black pepper w/jalapenos!! and the baby bellas go just as good with the chicken too!!! i normally toss the onions, chicken breast, and spices in the food processor and pulse it till i like the size of the pieces, super cheap, make a $10 to go at home for like $1.50!!! another favorite of mine is to cook the chicken down and toss in some flour and and cook it for a few more minutes so there is no raw flour taste, then deglaze it all with buffalo sauce!!! load it in a roll and top the sandwich with some shredded celery and blue cheese crumbles..... hells yeah brother!!!!

we're about the have a few frozen days here... gonna be in the single digits for a couple nights so i'm gonna do a run of bho with some of the texas bluebonnet!!!

i was rooting for the bengals too... they took out the raiders in the first round so it wouldn't have stung as much when they win the whole show.

oh well... on to nascar now!!!! all new cars, new tracks... gonna be an exciting year!!!!!!! go #5!!!!

Man that BHO run looks tremendous! Wowsers! I tell ya dude I need to pack up all my BHO gear and send it out toya. I don't ever use it and IDK if it would be an upgrade but I'm sure you'd like that rig.
Every day that passes I'm feeling better and better. Insomnia from the meds is finally dialing back and I'm getting good rest again. Woke up today just ready to take on the day! I think a big part of it is also no longer putting booze in my body and the weight I'm slowly dropping from that has me feeling good. It's also helping with my back pain as it not even a thing now.

Ya know I really love shrooms on a steak sammy too! There used to be a place here called Delaware Subs and they did an awesome cheesteak with provolone and baby bellas. It was one of my favorite treats to get.
Yesterday I pushed my limits and got a Whataburger with cheese, jalapenos, and all the fixins'. So delicious!!! So now it's on! Full menu is open for business! I ordered this stuff to try out on my next run at cheesesteaks which will probably be Friday or Saturday

Took a pic of my little bubbler this morning. Gotta run it thru the sonic cleaner today but man this little dude and I are becoming besties the way it's treating me. The cold water to open chamber ratio is about 50/50 so it gets great filtration then the ice chamber helps with xtra cooling. Not too heady with all the fancy attachments and it's only about 10" tall but for now it's perfect for me and gets me so dang wasted!

Oh and I finally found a sticker worthy of getting on the back window of my murder truck! IDK if you're into Cobra Kai but I love that show and found this sticker online

Also ordered a black hoodie with that on the front and on the back it says "Bite like and eagle" hahahaha!!!

I know you're still ass deep in freezing temps but you been thinking about and planning your veggie garden yet? I'm starting to now with all this new found ambition I have after being sick.
I hired a tree trimming company to come in and cut down some big rotting and half dead trees last years ice storm started to kill off. Getting them out of here has opened up the sky for a better garden and now I can plant beneficial trees like peach and olives.
Those big ass fuckers that were here were starting to drop branches and had me nervous they'd fall on my roof or my neighbors roof. Don't need that drama so good riddance. Also cleared the way for me to take out an old janky wire fence and build a new one using reclaimed and recycled lumber. It's gonna be real nice. Might even install a cowboy pool for the Summer now. So yeah I'm super excited and feeling great about the upcoming Spring season!
And yeah Nascar is just around the corner! Can't wait! I saw your guy got 5th at that crazy race they had at the LA Coliseum. That was a pretty cool race!

I'm thinking about taking a few hours to squish out some nugs this week. I got that little water bubbler attachment for my BarbFire so I think I can get into smoking wax again finally. That BHO shot is certainly inspiration to do it that's for sure!

Man we had so much fun! Crowd was great, weather was outstanding, and the race was really good.
Sorry about your guy getting wiped out. He ran well but the 1 car was scootin' all day and only a few other cars seemed to really stand a chance against that guy and a few of those got wiped out. It was just his day. Chevy's were dominant while all I saw at the back of the pack were Mustangs lol.
We walked away smelling like gasoline and burned rubber. Incredible how loud those cars are too!
Dude we had so much fun we wanna go to other races out there and I've bookmarked the NASCAR site to pay a little more attention to schedule and chances to go to other races like Texas Motor Speedway or maybe even plan a vacation around a race and fly into a city to see one.
Don't know if I'll cheer for any one driver but I was hoping Larson or Truex would win or at least show well. I thought both would get top 10 but Larson was spun out way too late in the race to get back in it
There was pockets of fans dedicated to certain drivers but one thing I noticed is some people were more into hating on a driver or two and it seemed some dude named Kyle Bush and Joe Logano were the main villains hated by most. Other than that we just took in the whole spectacle of the thing and really enjoyed it.
So it looks like NASCAR reeled in a pair of new fans over the weekend 🥴 Picked up something from Larson's merch hauler for ya too. I'll get it out soon. Have a great week Buddy! ✌️

clearly the AMG beats it.... but it's assembled with jet aircraft machinist quality specifications.....

been a while... been way too long!!!

as some of you may know i have been growing in a perpetual style with a veg cabinet and a flower cab. I lost all of my strains that i cloned or rather i let them slip away just because i wanted something new and fresh. I may go back to perpetual but for at least this grow i'm going to run them from seed to harvest in one cabinet starting all around the same time. i'm already screwing the pooch in that dept. though. i started all the fem seeds i had on hand and not all of them germinated so i will try a few more that i have but aren't ferms but should still be viable. i ruined most of my seed collection a year or so back and still a little bitter about it!

I recently printed out a germinator from AnimalHouse and put it to the test... it did great for me as well. tap roots were perfectly straight and full of side hairs early on! one got a little twisted cuz she was banging on the ceiling of the container so next time i will set the seeds in a little lower (maybe midpoint on the tray)

so far the three newest seeds spouted first. a tangie and two white fire. these were started three days ago. two others on the back side have cracked so ill hope for the best on those two as well. and i will start a few other regs tonight and see what happens.

I put the light about 18-24 inches above the seedlings and have them on a 18-6 schedule using 10% of a CLW solarsystem 550. i will go over my entire setup in a few days, i just want to freshen everything up and hang some new mylar. that stuff in there has to be over ten years old now... but lighting wise i now have two clw 550's in a 4x4 space and a solarsystem 275 for the veg cabinet also a 4x4 space.

here's a shot of the three wee ones in airpots. soil is old stuff with a local soil rejuvenator called bumpercrop with a handful of lobster compost from coast of maine along with a couple cups of crab meal, jobes fertilizer, garden lime, and some insect frass. i watered them in with rain water a pinch of vitamin B blend, roots trinity, and a small does of cal/mag plus...

I'm hoping i got the sunset/sunrise feature set right, i never used it before... i normally use a timer for the flower cabinet and not the controller so this is all new territory for me. if i like it this way i may look to pick up another controller so i can keep the veg and flower separate. well see they're kinda pricy so i'll watch ebay.

so that is all i got for now... more fun to come!!!

yeah sadly no more alien rock candy... BUT... i still do have a few beans from the original order, they're probably not viable but... i still have a small chance. and if not i have a backup plan. the other night i placed an order for some new beans and i found a strain called martian candy!!!!!! 👽👽👽 you can't make this shit up man!!! how cool is that?!?!

so on the way i fems in martian candy, skunk #1, more WiFi, and zkittles. so i'll be set in the seed dept for a little while anyway.

and i'll be ready too... i printed a rez for the germinator... notice i put wings on it for my clumsy ass!!!! i set it between my dusty PC radiator and my dusty modem, that should keep them nice and warm. no signs of life on the other seeds, i put six regs in of cackleberry from greenpoint but nothing popped yet.

sadly the tangie didnt make it, it might have been my fault i tore a little of the root off pulling it from the germinator. i learned not to put towels on both sides of the seeds, just on the inside corrugated part.

but on the start of day three we have two wifi looking ready for the start of a sticky life!!!

and man that is so awesome that you have an extra controller!!!! hell yeah i'd love to take you up on that. I'm on no hurry till at least this grow is over but yeah man i'll at least throw some rolls of filament your way or something good for it!!!

I am so pumped to have the cabinet loaded and both lights on full bore!!!!

I leave this post with a pic of my last ARC harvest, she has been hanging for about nine days now and is ready for jars... i'm going to use those bags you sent me!!

Hey man something I've been meaning to tell ya...I sold my car back in November. Just got to a point where we decided we're truck people from here on out and that Fusion hybrid was just a suitcase full of cash sitting in the driveway. + The people around here into Teslas and hybrids are starting to piss me off so I'm kinda going anti-hybrid now becaused of those doosh nozzles.
My wife was hesitant so it took some convincing and promises, one of which would be a new oven and dishwasher and a remodel of half the kitchen.
So that's what I spent Xmas doing, remodeling our kitchen and installing the new gear. And we went all in on the stove and dishwasher getting pretty much top of the line and made USA for both.
But check out this feature on the new oven hehehehe...

Yep! Air fucking fryer!!!! And Dude it is awesome!!! Everything I do in it comes out like it was deep fried. No more smoke or weird shit from that Ninja fryer anymore! In fact that thing got donated haha.
So I've been dabbling with a fried chicken recipe and killing it. Gonna do another batch this weekend tweeking the recipe just a bit but it's a hybrid of Nashville Hot, Chic-Fil-A, and traditional southern style fried chicken.
Here's my marinade ingredients...

After a 4 hour marinade, a dry wet dry breading of spiced panko and spiced egg wash, and air frying at 350 for 35 minutes, this is what I get

Soooooo good bro!! Crispy perfection with crazy juicy meat inside. I seriously think I have a contender in the chicken sandwich wars with this recipe and oven air fryer 😎

BTW I see that new avatar haha! Nice!!!

I'm never shy about using my little grow room space heater. If it's ambient temps are not around 82-85 I use it to keep metabolism up high. Mine has a dial that works like a thermostat so I adjust that until it turns off at 85. Sometimes it gets real toasty and creeps into the 90s so I have to adjust that dial.
I also do my sprouts and vegging up on a table and set the heater up under the table. When plants are on the floor tray then the heater is placed about 6' away and angled so it does not blow hot air directly on the plants. Only bad thing is when I do this just for the grow room and leave the rest of the house kinda chilly, my dog Ollie like to go in the room and nap in that warmth 🫠

Mine has a dial that works like a thermostat so I adjust that until it turns off at 85. Sometimes it gets real toasty and creeps into the 90s so I have to adjust that dial.
I also do my sprouts and vegging up on a table and set the heater up under the table. When plants are on the floor tray then the heater is placed about 6' away and angled so it does not blow hot air directly on the plants. Only bad thing is when I do this just for the grow room and leave the rest of the house kinda chilly, my dog Ollie like to go in the room and nap in that warmth 🫠

I don't blame Ollie one bit bro, i wanna go hang out in there now too! haha

I put one of these heaters in yesterday and got it around 75* steady in there now. Tomorrow will be a week that they're above soil so i'll turn the light up another 10%.. the heater will be needed for a little while anyway. we're getting some super cold temps this weekend so it will get a workout!!!

I've been working on small project the past few days and it is now ready for testing... so this is my current mover mechanism that i have been using for years now...

the major design flaw is that in order to keep the necessary pressure on the rubber wheels to get traction that it ruins the motor every couple years. first it chews up the bearing and once that's toast it doesn't take long to burn up the motor.

so i built a new version.... brand new 2023 edition!!!!

This one has stainless gears and some plastic printed parts. This should help the motor last for quite a few years. I may have to change the position of the tensioner spring but other than that it should be pretty much plug and play. I'll get some shots of it in place in day or two. If my math is correct it should spin at the same speed, which is one revolution every six hours.

BTW I was reading something the other day where SHR has partnered with a 3D imaging company that includes 3D printing at the shop to print parts and improve them so it's like 3D printing has crept up into both our interests now. Crazy how that happened!

Weedo has already stopped selling my model, I'm thinking due to returns because I had to return my first one after a couple weeks. So I'm starting to wonder if it has a short life expectancy and if I should look to upgrade now. Going bigger would allow me to print the germinator to the larger size I want that's for sure.

i did get some test stuff in white that came with the printer. But man i couldn't be happier with the simplicity of this creality printer and the software is very ez to understand. but ya know i think printer size envy is a real thing... the first night i had my printer i downloaded a file and my printer was too small!!! hahaha but i will get into some colors in the near future. i was thinking of getting one of the multi color combos but they look like they rip you off in long run doing it that way. idk i'll keep shopping for now because i have two rolls of PLA a roll of TPU and a roll of PETG all in black baby!!!!!

I wanna try some of that PLA+ next. probably buy it in black too... haha

that container only used 13.5m of filament and cost me $0.68 to print so i can always ratio it up quick if i like it!!! nine hour print though!!!!!

when i printed your germinator i nested all the parts at one time and it was a 19 hour print!!!! paint dries faster than that!!!! hahaha

i'd like to get some silk style red/white/blue filament some day, but not sure what i'd print yet. just be cool to have i guess... i might get colors for holiday decorations when the time comes.

but yeah i could easily see you with everything in horn orange!!!!! hehe

I am ready for sunday man!!!! i ordered my yearly subscription for the scanner already and can't wait!!!! i'm not a big fan of that tiny track but i think this second time drivers won't be so nice to each other!!

You're dead on about the orange hahaha but it's a lot more blaze orange than burnt orange. I have a metallic that's much closer. I got green slime just because I like neon green but not sure what I'll do with it. Also have camo, gold, chrome, and a crystal. You start looking at all those colors and want them all but not sure what to do once they get here. IDK, maybe chrome rasta vertical germinators hahaha!

I'm working on a better germinator and learning a few things about my programs, mainly how to adjust the nozzle temp and density. I've changed the size and depth of every wall and given it a thicker base. I think this may give it a heavy base to stand up for you on it's own. I'm tweeking other things about it going back to my original idea which is the white prototype I used and not the smaller version I made public but this one should be better.
First print is almost 4 hours for the back-plate so....yep 🫠

I have an account with tinkercad too, it's under my real name. i don't know much about that site though, just enough to get your stuff and make a few basic parts. i need to watch a class or something to learn a few tip and tricks to get things lined up easier.

i think it is so cool how you can print movable parts... i printed a planetary gear set in one piece and it spins!!!

what is the crystal like? is it clear? could i print headlights for RC?

and yeah i think the speeds and temps are the fine tuning of it all. i've been running the pla at 200 and a bed of 60 at 50mm/s and just the first layer at 203/60 and speeds of 20mm/s and if it is a simple print or something that doesn't need to look nice i turn the print speed up to 125% once it gets started and it's past the first layer.

I already had a quick power outage and the resume feature on my printer worked perfect. it heated back up, homed x and y and then used z from memory and went back right where it left off. i couldn't even tell when it was done!!

dude, they have these things you can print out and put on your chicken to make it look like they have arms... all kinds of stuff in the hands!!! i printed out a helmet for my chickens!!! got a skull and everything, like don't fuck wit me!!!! I'm getting more chickens next week and the old ones like to pick on the new ones so i thought hey, TPU helmets!!!! hahahaha just a joke i don't think they'll wear em... but if they do.... hey i saw a guy that put colored sunglasses on his chickens to keep them from pecking each other....

i'll leave it at that.... fuckin chicken helmets!!!!
