this is what i have been saying. 215 has been around almost 15 years now. there is no state wide ID card program yet, like it was promised years ago, no application to become a co-op most places, countys that outlawed the law (dont know how that happens), and STILL federal agencys going after SMALL growers!!

how long will it take for 19 to actually become a useable law if it passes? too long.

Decriminalization ftw. Drop all laws surrounding marijuana and free everyone that is locked up due to these bunk ass laws.
