smooth and definatly some fruitey lemony funk in there as well. Definatly a bit spicey too id say.
Today i just picked up two more of these little desk fans and so now i got two blowing in at the bottom of the tent and two blowing out at the top. The tent, even when zipped completly up, is always the same enviroment as the room it sits in. No increase in humidity or temp. Should make things much easier for me. 2 less things to worry about. lol.
Peace,

Training
This is my second step of training my plants.
First, I topped the plants. Secondly, I tie down the plants so they look like this.
Salmon Creek Kush
The other two are Ogiesel # 2
I'll be trying to grow some bushes. Just not to big. lol.
The plant under yellow cup with holes in top of it is the Flo. She unfortunatly was mite infested, so i removed all infested leaves, ( Unfortuatley that was EVERY LEAFLET.) neam oil dipped her, and Go Gnatsed the soil and cups. now lets hope she is strong enough to pull through. I definatly wasnt risking the chance of getting mites in my garden.

Support Screen
Got her built and put together in the tent. This thing is allot bigger than it looks 8 X 4 feet... Yikes. Glad all the plants made it through that one okay. lol
This is for simple support and some training. Kinda trying a hybrid method here. See how it works. I am also going to run two of the Apollos with the AN nutrient line, and the rest with the Fox Farm line. so we will see if they compare at all.
I really need that other light now so i can fill the screen properly.

Looking really good bro. I can see you do need that other light. I will be really interested in seeing how the Hybrid screen scrog works out for you. I think those girls are gonna get massive for you with 2 lights running in your tent that set up will be sweet. Do you wanna sell the smaller tent lol.

Yeah its sorta lonely on one side of the tent. lol. Shit if i had another tent, I'd give u it, but i've always had the same tent, 8 X 4 foot tent, just when i did my original grow i only had 4 plants to flower so i was only using a 4 X 4 Screen. Now i made the 8 X 4 Screen in anticipation of the other 1000 watts being added to the mix in the very near future, and the addition of 7 more plants. lol.

Looking good S i R, my grow partner has a 2000 watt 4x8 scrog run right now with 7 Purple TrainWrecks(started with 8) in 3 gal Root builders with her own organic soil concoction. She's running 2 lights per reflector...a 600 HPS with a 400 MH for a more complete light spectrum. She gave them 2 weeks of HPS only and they stretched outa control...now it's really a train wreck...lol...she now says she shoulda left all the lights on during that 2 weeks.
I started a thread for her... "hortohoney" is her screen name but she's too busy for updates...lol...or we could all see a real train wreck.
They have been flowering for about 6 weeks now...smelling dank as hell but outa control...lol
She found out how much work it really is to stay on top of a grow.
good luck with your grow S i R...
Cheers from the west coast,

Wow, I wish i could have that set up and be done with it. I'm over here worried about getting funds in time to get the upgrades done. How does Hortohoney like those dual reflectors? could u rum two 1000 watts in them? that would be sick 4000 watts in a 8X4 tent. talk about dense nugs. Yeah it sure is a ton of work growing in this scrog style. But it looks so nice when all done and flowered out. I'm a litlle worried about my girls getting outa control hence the reason i made that screen for them. I originally wasnt going to use it, but then i just got paranoid about my plants flopping over, so there it sits. lol.
If Hortohoney is on here, and wants some friendly advice or conversation, seeing as how she and i are using bout the same get up and all, tell her to hit me up. I'm sure she knows some stuff i dont and vise versa. These tents are some tricky fellers. lol.

Updates
K this is an update of what i got going on at the moment.
These girls are at like 5 days flowering. Shes starting to fill in the screen more and more.
This is the Salmon Creek Kush with two Ogiesels next to her. Ill be trainin these girls into a small screen of sorts for a single plant.
This is the mother plants i've kept for the time beeing.
Now for the semi dried and cured hash.
I'm just trying to keep some open space for when i get those "Illegal Aliens" and "White Fires"! Cannot wait.
Peace,
S i R

First Hair Cuts for the babies.
These are the Ogiesels
This is the Salmon Creek Kush, She smells of some super ripe fruite almost pearish.
And with the hair cuts i did on the mothers as well, I took some cuttings to gift a friend with. He just became legal and i want to help him start off things with a plant that one of us has atleast grown out before.

Hey bro I was wondering do you use rapid rooters or is that actual soil of some sort your cloning into?

Clone Techniques
Rapid Rooters. I split them, almost in half, at the tops to make it very easy to get the stem into it without wipin off the gel. then i press it back together, push it into one of those 50 count trays and let em go to work with the dome completly closed. works about 95% of the time as long as u use steril blade.

I like that cloning technique. Do the rapid rooters dry out? Do you have to water them at all before they start busting roots? I`ve never used them.

Rapid rooters are the way to go...hortohoney and I also have about 95%-98% success rate.
You want them to be wet but not too wet...I use the soak method and swing em in a towel to get the right moisture content...close the dome and mist a couple times a day if they get droopy...when no drooping just use the mister on a steady stream to moisten the rapid rooters if they need it...after about three days just water the rapid rooters, stop misting and crack the vents a bit to see if they can take it...roots in 7-10 days, sometimes sooner.
eta: we actually lift the plugs out to feel the weight to see how wet they are...
Peace and Blue Skies,
