Why are these romulan fox tailed? And not beefy like heer

I had this problem first grow but light was def too close reached 70k Lux but these girls are not exceeding 55-60k max is that still a tiny too high or is the nute deficiency likely causing it? Think I answered my own question as the non fox tailed looks like it's suffering less deficiency
