Suggestions building a table

I need to build a table so i dont have to take the plants out individually to water. So far its ok because im in veg but dont want to move them around when they are flowering. My room is 7x9x8. I want to keep it low because of the cieling heighth. I was thinking about making it 3-4x6. I need ideas about drainage and materials.

I was thinking either making a small slant to the table with a gutter going to a Rubbermaid tote, or piping it out of the room to a bucket/tote. My other idea was making drain in the middle of the table and draining it to a bucket either in or out of the room. I hand water so i will always be around to empty it. Any suggestions/pics?

Local Craigslist (SoCal) Usually has a 4x4 Tray cheap if thats an option for you , then maybe home depot some 2x4s in this pattern :

Saw horses parts from HD.

Large corrugated fiberglass sheeting (ridged) (translucent or green)

You can bolt them together and seal with caulk, if necessary.

House/Rain Gutter along one edge that drains to a tote with a sump pump in it to pump it out.
