Sunset Sherbet grow log

Here's a room full of the Sunset Sherbert. They are 8 days in and looking on point.
My impression of this strain is it has great bag appeal, great nose, and flavor but potency is to be desired for sure.
This is just my opinion.
In the very near future I'm going to use my Biker kush V2 to do a cross to see if I can get something with a lot more kick to it. It's the same male I used to create my Melted Cookies and that took the PCG cookie cut to a whole new level and then some.

I finally got her to show some color. It's not a lot but it's there and I know the next round will have it for sure do to the lower night temps.

great looking lady, sucks about the potency lacking as that's what im looking for overall. Definitely looks like if she is grown well, as you have done, the yield and bag appeal sure don't lack for anything.

Just harvested these this morning. I was able to get just a little color tease and the yield seems acceptable for a test run.

It does not have a proper cure yet but it is dry enough to sample. My opinion is this stuff is weak. It's no wonder folks can puff on this stuff all day. Sure it's got a great smell and taste but it does not got much head at all. I have also sampled it from other growers and my opinion is the same.

Looks bomb . Always heard it's not strong tho. I'm a sucker for anything that taste good tho... Even when I have something stronger with less desirable taste~I go to the one with better taste. Thanks for info tho @soaringfast

Could always x potency into it,or s1 it and look for more potent individuals with the same smell and taste,does look the part though ,is this clone only too?76

It's a "the cut" I do hear of seeds perhaps being found in some of the flowers so perhaps like all the cookies around now days something better is out there? If I do any crosses with it I will be using the same male I used for my Melted Cookie project.

@soaringfast just curious if the florel used early on cured your nanner problem w her? I was gifted this cut and don't want any hiccups if I can prevent it. I picked up some reverse just in case

Hey there, It's the same thing except one is cheaper than the other. Go light with it or it will mess with your leaves. The hormone is used in Ag to defoliate cotton so be careful.
