The color of those just looks off because of the led light

I wonder why that happened? Ive popped a handful of seeds and have never seen that before. Even when i was a kid popping beans for the fun of it and never getting past seedling stage cause i had no clue what i was doing llol. Could it be the soil your using is too hot? What did yoy use? Ive had success with coco and happy frog. If your using fox farm of some sort its possible that particular strain is finnicky. I havr a SLH in my veg room about a foot tall and its throwing problema out like crazy. Hardest plant in my garden right now to make happy.

I also heard popping in rockwool cubes is pretty easy as long as you water often.

Hope this stuff helps man

Sorry if i came off like a dick earlier in your thread my dude. Im a beginner so my opinion is pretty whatever. Buy ive had success and failure over the last year and i feel like im starting to get the hang of the beginning stages of growing.

How heavy is the wattage on that l.e.d. your using.?

If you look at the right and left leaves in that last pic it is supposed to be three leaves but it is just one big leaf fused together. The only thing I can think it would be is because they are from fem seeds? All 4 are in the same soil, ffof that I poured boiling water on to kill the fungus gnat larvae. I have only fed them filtered water as of now.

1200w
I have been using only 600 watts on it but I have started to turn on the other half for part of the day to get it used to the intense light. So far as you can see from the two day progress they are taking it well.

Well. Some strains are a little more hearty than others. Its possible the SLH couldnt handle the level of nutes in that stuff. Wouldnt be the first time ive heard of FFOF burning seedlings

Someone correct me if im wrong, but cant seedlings only handle a small amt. Of wattage at that stage in their life....like 50-100w ? @tattoojim ?

I really dont think it is burned, more of a mutation. They are good and green, the only one that showed any signs of stress is one that isnt deformed. I cant wait to see the finish.

Oh. Well just tryin to help. Seems like you got it under control. Nvm @tattoojim

Thank you for the help, I appreciate any positive input.
I had them under cfl for at least week after they popped and gradually moved them into the stronger light as I am impatient. They seem to be liking it. I think if it were light stress would it not do the same to all four?
Does anyone have any xperience with ckm?
I am wondering if that is the one with weird leaves...
Gonna research it.

Im also having heat issues, i think I need a new filter. The top of my tent is reaching 90° F and the filter doesnt feel like its pulling much air.

id say not a mutation. but hot soil and hot air are causing you problems.

you can run big lights on babies, but stay way high at first.
I do 600 to 1k on seedlings most of the time. lights about 5foot from them tho

Its probably the SLH.... Its honestly the most finnicky plant ive had yet. P- issues k- issues calcium- issues N lockout.... Pleh. All while feeding my other plants that seemed to have taken to everything just fine.
