that is a "purity" tester for various alkaloids if you NOSE what i mean im gonna post some more pics soon wait till you see the booklet that came with it, this is a conversation piece for me. but the condition of ine is better thean theone in the pic.

its when bobcat is testing the coke at the party. at different temperatures the "cut" melts. i guess most dope melts at 165 degrees or somewhere around there but boston georges dope didnt melt til like 186 degrees meaning he had the fish scale PURO haha great movie

There's another good one out there, 'Tequila Sunrise' I think it was. That was a good flick, too- and for some reason I seem to get these two mixed up.

As always, the book is better. If you dug the movie you should really read the book Blow, by Bruce Porter.. Goes into their distribution ring, no fictionalized romances, talks more about Jung's partner, who's name is Carlos or something, and the island he bought up. My favorite is him putting a large ship in the hills of the island, and sinking a plane in the marina, just for the irony of it.

now that is the hot box, you have to stick a thermometer in the side of the plate, the basic version, i have the hot box II digital, been sitting since 1987. i think im gonna call johnny see if he wants it:) these things were not cheap in the early 80's.
