Definitely lower the light. 18-20” should be adequate to startBegin Day 2. The clones are doing great after the repotting. Surprised that the soil hasn’t dried out...won’t be watering today. They are about 60” from the QB...should I lower the light
some now?
thanks NHW...I agree...need to get some chain or something to let it down withDefinitely lower the light. 18-20” should be adequate to start
Looking gooddone...~25” above for now
I would anticipate a 3x stretch. If it’s a foot tall and you flip know, it will grow to three feet. If you’re really concerned, you could top it right before flip, defoliate at flip or just tie it downDiscussion point: Firefly is a tall sativa. Tent is 6’ tall but I don’t want them to get anywhere near that. Is now the time to start topping? Please give me your best practices on this. TIA
I am going to read up on “tie down”...thanks!I would anticipate a 3x stretch. If it’s a foot tall and you flip know, it will grow to three feet. If you’re really concerned, you could top it right before flip, defoliate at flip or just tie it down
LST = low stress training.I am going to read up on “tie down”...thanks!
Tie it like a clock. If you have four tops, then tie them at 12-3-6-9, etc. does the make sense? The way you have it now is more like a bonsai for a mother plantLST question: does this look right? Training them to grow around the top of the pot but it sure looks wild. Open for recommendations.
ok, so I have branches pulled across like that now but the main top is long and is already growing around the top of the pot. I just have to break apical dominance, right! is it ok to trim off a few leaves if those are above the new canopy line?Tie it like a clock.
