Tbh I'm not too sure on that I usually just use a cfl or 2 rn I have a single t5 tgat I'm gonna use for the seedlings so I'm sure that's plenty of light

I was using a 2x4 12bulb t5 but I only had one plant at a time under it and it was wasteful. I've got it under a 600w ballast fimmed to 250w mh.

I just put a CFL over the top of mine..
Clones and seedlings both get just CFLs from me.
