Yes coco but only because that was all I could get in time. This sounds stupid giving advice on something I havent used yet but from everything Ive read and looked at Eazy Plugs are probably the best choice for organic soil.
I love Coco and never going back to soil, hate that hydrophobic shit.
I like organic nutes and ofc the microbes work for me, but gone to pure Coco coir and synthetic, don't regret that move until today.

Maybe I give those jiffys another try, just pure Coco coir, buffed and washed with low ec are good to start with but there is a lot room for improvement, like the water capability.
If I don't check my seedlings daily which could be fatal, they could dry back really quick or stay soggy for too long. Jiffy could make a difference also in root development.

My local grow store also told me about the eazy plugs which shall do wonders but for sure they're a lot pricier and better for him to sell us some 😏

I didnt learn about them from someone trying to sell them to me. I found them by searching and comparing all the easily found brands of plugs. They are engineered to hold the perfect water to oxygen ratio among a few other things. Theyre a coco product so you could use them in your grows.

Sounds great, did a good reading into them and will give them a try, for seeds and clones.
The plugs are a white/ black peat mix with another component which is their secret and a small amount of fertiliser for the first 2-3weeks, they shall also buffer the pH to 5,8 which is great for me.
Thx for the hint 😃 🤙

This kinda snuck up on me. I had noticed some pale spots but didnt think too much of it. Figured I missed my top dress by a few days and she'd be okay. Looks like she needs a little emergency care.

The solution below will be watered in 2 cup doses spreadout over the next 6ish hours.
1gal ro water:
1 tsp BAS amino cal boost
1 tsp RAW kelp
1ml Mr. Fulvic
Small pinch RAW yucca

Don't use a full tsp of kelp! I made a mistake when mixing. A normal dose is 1/4 tsp. I meant for a strong dose but it should've only been 1/2 tsp.

Just in love. I have all the parts for outside greenhouse, even an aquarium heater and pump and even an air pump. I really need to build one like this. Currently I'm keeping reused coco in a container just like this and need to improve. Thanks for posting😘
Glad someone got some inspiration from it. Such a simple system. If you have any questions I'll do my best to help.

I once owned a Trim Pro. Machine made quick work of larger plants. We used to grow 70 4ft plants, harvest one after another. Trimming with the Trim Pro did a good basic job. Then we would hand trim for bag appeal.
