Day 15. Ive never caught them in this early stage. They are normally 1/4" or 1/2" long when I notice them so maybe its noraml but Im disappointed. How old this that fella?
That's just a little damage, maybe from your training. Have you tried any hst?Is that a pistil at the node below the wire?
Those prices are hefty hefty. You would be better off getting seeds. Some growers have prized strains they feel it's worth what they sell it for. Ntm they know if people are going to pay that price, their going to turn it into a mother to sell clones or not have to buy the strain multiple times. If you got the money to pay for that, I'm not going to tell you how to spend your money. When I used to buy clones through my medical supplier, it would be $20-$120 USD. Shop around. I recently seen a company that sell the clones for 60-250 and they ship anywhere in the United States no problem.Holy shit! That takes self confidence and a hefty commitment! I havent really explored the clone market so maybe those are normal prices for premium.
If this sour diesel gets enough growth in the right timeframe it gets super cropped in early flower. I was hoping the supercrop would happen at least 2 weeks from now but it looks like I might only have 1 week. That's just a little damage, maybe from your training. Have you tried any hst?
I mean I do ok but that would definitely be down the road when I'm 100% I'm not going to kill it and have the ability to keep it around. Those prices are hefty hefty. That's why I run additional far red spectrum light with ir lights while using my 600w led grow lights. It helps the flowers coloring more vibrant, and helps with the buds getting fat a little quicker. For time on autos idk, I haven't ran any in that flower room, all photosynthesis strains. It probably would help achieve the shorter time expectancy on harvest, but on the plants I have grown, just get a better quality to turpenes and are noticeably denser buds with more resins. The time frame is still not much different from growing these photosynthesis strains in a flower room without the additional reds. Like I said I couldn't say for autos. But I could see how it could possibly decrease flower time on ruderalis strains being they don't necessarily grow off photosynthesis. From a reliable source "the more red diodes in your lights the faster autos will flower."
Thanks. I picked the current method in soil because its so easy. I plant the seed, water it, feed it once, and water it some more. The hydro method Im trying is also pretty simple. Im trying to imitate that 420 autoflower guy. He seems to know his shit so Im just going to follow his advice. A lot of the guys in that other forum I linked have been testing the method. Its unanimous over there that its the best way to grow for an avg home grower. Below are some quotes from 420auto recently after experimenting for years and comparing grows. The thread started in 2023 but he had to be learning this long before he made the first post.I have tried a few hydro methods.....just not for Me. Wish you the best!!Some folks around here are killin it in hydro
Absolutely. His actual words were something like "it wasnt a good choice for the scrog and he would probably just keep the lst going". You need a certain amount of growth to spreadout under the net before the stretch. Its all good the sour is still looking good and Im happy with it so far.Would take it with a grain of sand homie! Keep plug'n away.....it may be flowering a bit early, just means you'll harvest sooner and have the next bigger plants ready
Why wouldn't your sour make the cut?Today he told me my sour wasnt going to make the cut.
There is a "special" scrog method that I wanted to try. But she is going into flower and didnt get the growth needed in veg. Because there was basically no veg.Why wouldn't your sour make the cut?
