Looks fantastic. Never grown in a bed like that before, so keen to see how they go for you.

Well, sorry for the delay farmer's these plants stalled out do to an excessive 'pre-charge' with too much regular nutes, not enough CAL/MAG. So I foliared for 2-3 days then watered with Cal/mag, Demeters Destiny (Calcium), Superthrive, and Sea Green. That feeding along with removing the glass from my hoods and raising my temps from 75F to 82F, RH from 45% to 65% has REALLY made a difference, they all greened in and must have grown 2 -3 inches over night! Here they are at 17 days into veg, all average 12".

Btw, 2 days after transplant the last clone rooted and I put her into the bed. 144 cuts, 144 rooted, first time I've gotten 100% with these numbers.

Thanks for stopping by,

GL

What's up Chobble?

To be honest this is my first 'go' at coco, want to compare complexity and production, I usually run a Peat mix just not Promix. I've run Sunshine for 3-4 runs and another mix called Mega Roots: which I ran for nearly 6 rounds. Problem with the Mega Roots was it started out too heavily amended with Dolomite lime and my run off was consistently 6.8-7.0. These last rounds in this mix the dolomite finally started breaking down and with a soil test I found it was right at 6.0.

Thanks for the kind words Chobble!

I forgot to mention these ladies have been topped and they are all producing 2-3 limbs a piece. I just checked in on them this morning and at the rate theyre going I'm hoping to click them this weekend. Today I am going to do some minor alterations in there as well as get all 6 lights burning and add a couple more oscillating fans.

Interesting, Do you add perlite to any of these mixes? or just the straight bag?

Also, You do 25 plants per light with 3 main "sinks" to produce flowers from? If that makes sense to you... I do something similar, I was wondering if more farmers around here had a logical thought process behind training for yield and quality.

I cut my sunshine #4 with a full bag of #3 per 4'x8' and it worked great but as my plants get healthier and more mature they dry out quicker and I am not able to be at my spot everyday so I have been avoiding additives like that because my plants are WAY healthier and drying out MUCH faster.

I've been experimenting ALLOT with plant count and veg time.... I've done 40,50, 72, 98 and 120 per 4'x8'. My favorite being 120 ;)... single bud. Though over time my paranoia has gotten the best of me and I am working to bring my numbers down, in doing so I haven't had the slightest idea how many limbs to keep. I tried 3 limbs with 72 per table and it still got over crowded, not to mention I removed/thinned everything on 1 day and my plants stalled for several days. In my Green Room 1 grow I am removing anything that isn't going to get light, slowly, over the course of 2-3 weeks. However, in this room I am running an OG I have not run yet and she is proving to be very thin and stretchy, similar to a Sour Diesel. So far, with my 1 topping, I only have 2-3 main limbs and they're not as overcrowded as my favorite Blackberry kush would be. I am going to click these earlier because of stretch and I am hoping for 2-3 natural limbs per plant, 72 plants per table.

I've never been big on fancy training techniques I just top them.... Experimenting a little with pinching now but not for re-structure more for that thick knuckle they put on.

11/28/13: They are officially in flower! Just shy of a 4 week veg (Working out the first-timer bugs in coco). I left them in complete darkness for 36 hours, trying the @med man 's approach, thanks buddy.

Just before flip I moved my inline fan into my attic, much quieter now... and moved my water line to the other side of the room to accommodate my new 55gal drum.

These ladies have been on a steady diet of Jack's (3-2-1) pH'd at 5.6 and ppms around 800 (In and out).

Hope you enjoy the root porn as I am - I've never seen this with any other media!

Happy Thanksgiving!
