The Hydrolife 7.8, Shiva skunk 4 bucket system under a 1000watt hps

I've been running this system for a couple runs now and love it. Just wanted to share my success and get some feed back in the process. I'm running a 4 bucket system with air stones because that's my preface. I tear it down and clean it between every run because cleanliness is key to any hydro system you run. This system is very simple in design so it is easy to do. I run Dutch Masters as my nutrient because it is a very clean product and I have had good success with it. I've thought about switching but I'm always scared of glitches getting used to other brands. lol and hell, if it's working good why mess with it? So on to the grow, I'll give more info on the grow as we go. The ladies are from clone, 5 days for healthy roots; then I vegged for about 2 1/2 weeks to get the roots down into the water. Now, here are some pics of the first couple of days they where in the flower tent. Friday is the end of the first week and I will have some more pics up and posted. I will also be adding my trellis soon!

Alright so as I promised is the above post. The trellis is up doing its job!!!! Looks much better being able to spread out the branches . Did a quick water change today. Since my 4 bucket system only takes 15-17 gallons of water, I like to try and change it for a fresh mix every week or so. Also cleaned the pump filter when I do the mix change. Which is as easy as reaching into the reservoir and pulling out the filter. I then set the nutrient mix to 700ppm 5.8ph going into the 2 week of flower. Things are rolling along at a good pace. I have been running the full line of Dutch masters Add 2.7,Zone,Silica,Flower A and B.

Another dutchmaster user here. I fucking love their gold nutrients. Shits solid and fairly cheap compared to some others

Your shits looking golden and you sound like you have the mindset of somebody running 20+ lights. Nice!

My one word of advice would be look into drip clean, especially with all them salts

Thank you Mastacheeser!! And Thanks for the advice. Do you have a brand you are running? Id like to check it out sometime. I've noticed alit build up but since I've learned to cover the rock I've noticed it doesn't build up as much And with a good Ph water flush biweekly. Stays pretty clean. Wonder if this would kick the rest?
I have the mindset of "I need my Meds And good ones at that" or Im just wasting money/time bc then ill have to find someone who can.Lol Good meds is the only key to my relief. Bad nerve pain in lower left leg. (Crps)
Yup Im loving the Dutch masters gold also!!! I've had no complaints with it. I started with just A and B and have slowly started adding the rest. Love the price for the quality of it.

Here's some more pics of Shiva skunk day 11 of flower. Raised ppm to 750,ph still at 5.8 water temp at 68 deg. Had a question does anybody run h2o2 in there rdwc as preventive at a low dosage? I was thinking about picking some up and giving it a whirl. Ive heard good things about the product. What do you guys think about it?

hi biker here i will put some info about using H2O2 . first you need 30% H2O2 . to preventiv using to hydro systems bublers, nft ... one time per week 0.5 ml to 1 litre . you wil see the flowers will be more healthy .) if you have some problems with fungus or some damage on roots use 2ml to 1 litre two times per week . in one round i have big problems with fungus in nft tank i use H2O2 and get it under control and end iit normally .
on think if you use enzymes or something like this you can stop use them H2O2 neutralized enzymes and he is doing bigger wotk in root system :)
for all who use soil us medium :) you can use H2O2 too .)

Thanks A lot Chosse23 That's awesome info. I might pick some up for the next run and give it a try. I love to see if it makes healthier roots that would be awesome. Ive heard h202 loses its kick after a couple day. You only add it once a week? And thanks about the work. I used to Play in dirty/coco but found the water and been playing in it since. Not hard work,just details. Keeping a eye on your ladies and watching what there telling you.

Alit more on the grow.These are pics I took last night day 14 flower. Raised ppm to 800 and set the ph to 5.6. Ladies are moving along as to schedule. Ok so here's some pics of day 18. Set ppm to 850,ph 5.8,water temp is still at 68 deg. I did end up doing a leaf strip after I made my post on day 14. There was alit bit to much foliage per sq foot for my grow style. It was a little to clustered because of growth. All cleaned up and ready to see what happens next. These are my pride and joys. Ok So here we go. Its another Friday night. Time for some pics! Ladies seem to be moving along at a pretty good rate. Loving it!!!!
Did a full rezy change,Cleaning of the filter, and bumping of the ppm today.( Full rezy clean for me is draining the nutrient in the rezy, Adding about 10gallons of fresh ph water and turning on the top feed pump for about 10-15. Then drain and add your fresh mix.);) This to me helps keep the salts/nutrient build up from forming to much on your grow media. Its easy enough and a stable clean grow media is key to a healthy plant.
Ladies are on Day 21 of flower there drinking and eating a bunch. PPM set at 1000,ph at 5.8,Water temp at 68 deg. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Hey there fellow Growers and Growies Welcome to the show it is Tuesday night. So I unplugged the a/c a couple days ago because winter time is here But my intake fan that replaced it was a noisy little bastard. So I could only turn it up so much without waking the neighbor's. lol Jkn but it was loud. I did slip up alit and my air temps jumped up to 85 deg. So I Diy A intake silencer.(Got some really Good ideas off some of the forums here and I must say, Thank you to all that put time into this site. )Everything is back in order. Fan turned up alit more,noise is turned down.lol
So onto the grow. Day 25 of flower. I set the ppm's using my Blue lab pen to 1050 and ph still at 5.8. Water temp at 68 deg. Ladies are still moving along at a good pace. Ummmm That's all for now folks!!

What's up fellow growers. Its Friday night here's some pics of my Shiva skunk. There on day 28 of flower and looking healthy. What do you guys think?Did my weekly water change of the 15 gallons of nutrient and let the fresh Ph water run thru the top drip rings for about 5min.Drained and refilled with nutrient. I did add in Botanicare sweet raw at a very low dosage. Set ppm's to 1100, ph to 5.8 water is still at 68deg.
